Details on the requirements Sarah Zabiarov After increasing relationship level with Sarah, she should send you a mail. In order to play the mission, you need the following: 1. Sarah and Scirocco's relation level is Trusted or more 2. Reccoa's relation level must be below Trusted 3. Sarah appears as ally at least 3 times Quess Paraya Play as a non-Newtype character and increase relationship level will Quess. She will send you a mail saying that she's not interested with Oldtypes. After some missions you will receive a mail from Nanai, unlocking a mission to make you a Cyber Newtype. Play some more missions -preferably in space- and Amuro will send a mail giving a mission which allows to advance to real Newtype. If this is correct, then Quess should send a mail wanting to become friends. Katejina Loos After raising Katejina's relation level, she will send you a mail at Terminal. Read it to unlock her Friendship mission. Note that to play the 2nd mission, you will need to have V2 Gundam's license. Gym Ghingnham First, accept the invitation to join Dianna's force and play the missions. After it is over and relation with Gym is at least Neutral, Gym will send you a mail to participate in his mission. Lunamaria Hawke Shinn Asuka's story mission needs to be cleared first. After that, with Shinn or a character who has Intimate level with Luna, she will send a mail. Note that you are restricted to using Char Custom Zaku II here. Lacus Clyne Clear Kira & Athrun's story missions first. Then Lacus will send a mail to Kira's Terminal. |

Sorry BlackKite for adding guides in your thread Kai Shiden - Clear Friendship mission 軟弱者！２ (Weak Person! 2) Good relationship with Kai and Hayato (best to play with Amuro), Kai will send you a mail, then you will get friendship mission 軟弱者！1 (Weak Person! 1), complete it for friendship mission 軟弱者！２ (Weak Person! 2). mail available by default if play with Amuro or after unlocking Hayato with Amuro. Hayato Kobayashi - Clear Friendship mission ハヤトの依頼 (Hayato's Request) Good relationship with Hayato (best to play with Amuro), mail should be available by default if play as Amuro. Get on the Gasa C (or something like that) grunt suit or double zeta gundam or something and get this skill 好敵手 (Good fight(?)) then even if they appear as enemy you won't have a problem also hayato and kai the combination, you don't need to kill them as they can't do much to the battle (if you choose the battle that does not require to kill all mobile suits) Yazan Gable - Clear Friendship mission ヤザン隊入隊試験 (Yazan Team Enlistment Test) First you need to get into titans. I believe to join titans, you have to have good relationships with the titans members, Jerid, Scirooco and Yazan. 1. You will then receive a mail asking if you would like to join Titans, click the first option and you will join. Do the new friendship missions until Yazan and Scirooco sends you a mail. 2. Yazan's mail is to ask you to join his team and scirooco's mail is to ask you to join his team 3. Join Yazan's team here as you need to stay in Titans to unlock him. 4. You will then get the mission ヤザン隊入隊試験 (Yazan Team Enlistment Test), complete it and yes you need to kill Yazan in the mission so do not worry about his friendship in here. 5. After the mission is done, he will send you a free mission (4 men Hambrabi team), at the same time you will unlock Yazan as he says you are a beast on the battle field. Finished zechs, it IS the masked / helmet version Gyunei Guss - Clear Friendship mission ギュネイ救援 Gyunei Resque Play as Quess. Just got Dozle Zabi as playable character. First, you need to join Zeon and follow the missions. I didn't read the betrayal mail from Char. When the missions are finished and you got the thank you mail from Gihren, there will be a selection. Pick the first one where you wish to return to Dozle's command, and voila, he will be added to the playable list. And Glemy Toto too. Join Axis, and after the first mission, you will receive a mail from Glemy asking to join his own faction. Join him, and the mission will appear. Though, after I finished the mission, I went to finish the remaining Axis mission and got a thank you message from Haman too...

Ramba Ral - Clear Friendship mission ドズルの極秘依頼 (Dozle's Top Secret Request) You will receive the mail as soon as you join into Zeon (or after the first zeon mission). Read the mail for the mission. However, the mission maybe locked. To unlock it, you need good relationship with Ramba Ral, then he will give you a collection mission "This is not zaku, not zaku!" (or something like that) complete the collection mission for the friendship mission. Do the friendship mission and unlock him. Four Murasame - Clear Friendship mission 守るべきもの (Thing that must be protected) Complete Kamille Bidan's mission story, Fa will send you a mail which unlocks the mission. Do the mission. Finally I got to the point of unlocking Rosamia, First of all you need to do the AEUG missions, the exact condition I am still not very sure but with Emma I was able to get the letter from Londo Bell quite qickly. Then you need to have the highest level of trust Kamille, after two missions with the AEUG, I got the letter from Kamille "ロザミアを探して", after reading it unlocks the friendship mission "悪魔のマシン". Upon Clearing gives another terminal message from Kamille and unlocks Rosamia |

Rosamia Badam - Clear Friendship mission 悪魔のマシン (Demon's Machine) Play with any character that is NOT Kamille Relationship with Kamille Bidan and Rosamia Badam must be Intimate (highest) Kamille will send you a mail to your terminal "Search for Rosamia" Read the mail then you will receive the mission: Demon's Machine do the mission to unlock Rosamia @midgard2024, not to take your spotlight or anything like that, just to confirm your method

Well, once you've read the mail she sent, the mission should appear in the Friendship Mission category. You know, that mission category you seldom visit

Hmm... I forgot how many stars the mission has. But in any case, you should be able to toggle mission information with L1/R1. Find the one that has a blue Lacus written on the ally/enemy information. (ラクス) Of course, don't forget to match the Japanese text I provided too.... if your computer can show them. If it's not, then I can't help further and you'll have to search for it yourself... |

In response to WillxDiana that is the correct mission. Remember to also find it under Kira's friendship mission mode not athruns or any one elses. Also as BlackKite stated if you can't read kanji characters on your computer it may help to locate what character is the word Song is in kanji. Hope that helps. Also we cannot pinpoint what mission it is by what number for it varies on how many friendship missions you have unlocked or what not. Hrmm also I've noticed something you can't just unlock some characters without finishing the official mode characters though some were mentioned above but I've seen a few others too. I've noticed this for Rambal Ral and Kai and Hayato. I first tried to do the missions according to the board but for these guys nothing triggered until I finished some official modes probably Amuro's and Char's. Amuros official mode triggers the mission for Kai and Hayato. Where as Char seems like it might trigger for Rambal ral. As for getting Doble Zabi it seems like the second option is the one that unlocks him when I did the first one from the thank you letter nothing happened. So becareful on this. I'm thinking it's a one shot deal too so if you mess it up with a particular character you have to do it over again with another character.....not sure if you can replay it i've tried to but nothing seems to trigger the thank you letter again. Luckily I made two saves in case of something like this. Any ways just as a suggestion try to beat all the official modes first then go for unlocking characters. How I found out about this is from two game saves i've been playing. One game save I pretty much finished all official modes for each character and tried unlocking the characters afterwards. The second save I dled off some boards and it had no official modes done but tons of missions modes completed and relationships on highest lvl with some specific characters. Regardless even with the highest relationship with everyone you can't seem to access the friendship missions as mentioned above. So far the only character giving me trouble to unlock is Sarah. I've probably spent countless hours trying to get Sirocco to appear and Reccoa to appear as villain so I can change up their relationships heh I wonder which pilot is best to accomplish this task. Finally down to one character to unlock i think its sleggar hrmm but i have to play as a girl heh. Normally i stay away from the girl pilots but heh quess seems to be the best one that i have so far mainly because i had to use her to get Gyunei. New information to unlock Sleggar it is incorrect. You don't have to join white base basically just choose a female character and raise her relationship higher with Sleggar then he will give you a friendship mission once you beat that he will unlock as a playable character. I finally completed unlocking all characters nearly shot down 200000 suits in the process and completed 627 missions and 118 hours game time. X_X totally crazy now all that's left is lvling up characters to lvl 50 and finishing movie library to 100%. Edited by Richie408, Jan 8 2009, 08:32 AM.

@BK,i just got quest papaya~err quess, today after i got her "i hate non newtypes" mail and played 2 space mission,AMURO shows up and comments about me his "play a lot in space and be a newtype!" appeared in free mission but its still dark(i'm friendly with him),so i played some more space missions and the mission is now selectable,the result of clearing the mission is obvious,i got quess and became a newtype at the same time... so the point is,you don't need nanai's cyber newtype thing to unlock quess,just impress amuro from the get go(one of the space missions i cleared was the kill 1000 MS with a BALL,that sure is fun,especially when rosamia's psyco MKII trampled my all rank1 ball.... ,will i play it again? hell NO) |

i was using domon,with h.tension,w.rival,and pilot sense,sucks eh?i didn't expect MA's to appear,plus i didn't have instant hero,ace killer,and small giant yet,besides,at first the mission just says,"defeat kira and shinn",which changes to KILL 1000 MS after i defeat them,awesome KOEI! upon some miracle(and changing the BGM into the meikyo shisui theme),i managed to destroy MKII,protect my "way over my MS class" allies(1 IJ and 1 ReGZ),and KO 1000 MS at the same time,after all that,puru's qubeley as the final enemy ace really looked like a joke...... |

hello there, I have a question regarding unlocking the character named Lunamaria Hawke, I notice that a Char's Zaku License is required for her mission. Question is: is there a convenient way to get in good relations with Char? other than going into a mission everytime to see if he is in your team or not? which happens to pop another question into my mind just now. How do you get good relations? is it during battle, you have to help the character whom you want to be intimate with or just have that character be on your team or do you have to control all the area fields? Thanks in advance! |

Hi there, welcome to the forum.  If you have unlocked Friendship missions that surely features Char as an ally, it will be easier to raise his friendship level. You can know this by pressing L1/R1 on the mission selection to know which allies/enemies will be certainly appearing. In order to get good relationships, you need to show yourself by racking up kill count, defeating enemy aces and taking over field. But if you're lucky, there are occasions where relationship levels will raise at the very beginning just because you are sortieing out with them. Though sometimes rescuing allies that are in trouble has also been tested to improve relationships. Of course, if you have the Charisma skill, it would be even easier to raise the trust level.

don't try to max relationship/unlocking stuff using JUST ONE character,its painful..... if you're stuck,try another character,it will work FASTER that way i played 5 character so far,from very different series,and almost unlocked all pilots in just 2~3 days...... oh and switching back and forth from kira,athrun,shinn,won't help either,all characters hate them

I agree that unlocking relationships is pretty hard with just one particular pilot I've used several to get them to work. Currently though I'm kinda stuck with Sleggar not sure what are the requirements for him to unlock story mode. I'm having a feeling it is to complete everyones story mode or something of each gender class and such or does it meant to raise their relationship lvls all to pretty good with Sleggar no idea. XD |

I wanna to ask you, to make friendship with char, must we play as char in official mode and unlock it for appearing in mission mode? or we play official mode as char and second player as shinn? can we increasing relationship with last conditional? |
