Yes you need to finish some free missions about 7 of them they are like labeled with numbers such as 100, 300, 500, 1000 and such and then the other ones like 5000, 10000, 30000, 40000, 50000. These are the missions you must complete after you have played a cumulative total of like 100 missions with one of your particular pilot. Basically if you want the quiz again you must do the same things with each and every pilot. Once you've completed these tasks both quizzes will be shown in the terminal and of course the quizzes are repeatable but you can't miss a single answer or nothing happens to help build relationships.

You may have to do it like 5-10 times to notice differences in tier movements. And I'm generally talking about the advanced quiz here. There are two quizzes in the game.
