I noticed we don't have a specific topic about the usuage of friendship missions..... I took liberty to have to match and translate what some of these friendship missions help at. Obviously the people must be allies with you to raise the odds of the relationships going up and it helps a lot if you use the skill Charisma as well..... typically comments from your allies during missions is how to raise your relationships with them.....or of course just attending missions and having the pilots as your allies...... 1st Mission in friendship is unlocked when you have someone in your worst relationship and it helps you with relationships on any one whom is in that lvl....meaning they have a more likely chance to show up in this mission if there is many of them and such..... 2nd Mission in friendship is unlocked when someone is in your second to worst relationship and it helps with relationships on the second to worst.... lvl.... 3rd Mission in friendship is unlocked when someone is in your third to worst relationship and it helps with the relationships on the third to worst.... lvl..... 4th Mission (Male Pilot) I believe is unlocked after you beat the third friendship mission....this mission helps with all female pilots. Meaning the likelihood a female pilot may be your ally is very high in this friendship mission.... 4th Mission (Female Pilot) I believe is unlocked by finishing third friendship mission as well.... this mission helps with all the male characters.. Meaning the likelihood of a male pilot may be your ally is very high in this friendship mission. 5th Mission I believe is unlocked by finishing the third friendship mission as well too or may be beating the 4th one or 5th cant' remember.....but this mission helps with these pilots: Amuro ( mobile suit gundam version), Hayato, Kamille, Judau, Seabrook, Usso, Heero, Shinn, Rolan, Judaus junkyard buddy with the brown hair keep forgetting his name now, Hathaway..... 6th Mission I believe is unlocked by finishing the previous missions above but helps with these certain pilots: Lala, Four, Sarah, Puru, Puru 2, Roux, Quess, Cecily, Lunamaria.... the likelihood is they will show up as allies in this mission. 7th Mission I believe is unlocked by finishing the previous missions above but it helps with these certain pilots: Amuro ( Zeta Gundam Version),. Char ( Zeta Gundam Version), Kai, Athrun, Scirrco, Jerid, Johnny Ridden, Reccoa, Haman, Domon, Kira, Milliardo, Lacus, the girl in char's counter attack with blue hair....forgetting their names..., enemy pilot in Zeta gundam that has blue hair, enemy from zeta that has blonde hair sorry i don't know their names so well probably jack, Glemy toto, and Gyunei. 8th Mission I believe is unlocked by finishing the previous missions above but it helps with these certain pilots: Amuro ( char's counter attack version), Char ( char's counter attack version), Sleggar, M'quve, Emma, Yazan, Kim ( the girl with blonde hair from char's counter attack i think that's her name but i've forgotten). Sneider ( enemy girl from char's counter attack brown hair), Master Asia, and Gym.... Rain G Gundam Fight Friendship mission unlock: Supposively get 8 people to have bad relationship with you meaning relationships under the neutral lvl.... complete minimum of 15 missions cumulatively with a particular pilot.... and then also be in relationships with Domon and Master Asia...i think it really doesn't matter what kind of relationship lvl with these 2 but may be you need to be neutral or as long as you met them its fine...... if you are in good relationships too fast you'll miss this friendship mission. Exception is Domon and Master Asia just finish their story missions and it will unlock..take note after accepting this mission sometimes it also worsens a bit of relationships for the guys you got on the bottom by at least one bar..... but trust me it is worth it to get these friendship missions I consider them the best farming stages for lvling, skill learning, attachment upgrading, parts upgrading and finding specific parts for any suits that you can pilot....also after completing these missions Domon, Master Asia and Rain will be in the second to best category of relationships with you... Master Asia Gundam Fight solo friendship Mission: Basically have good relationships with master asia and complete a cumulative total of 20 missions with the pilot... after you finish this mission I believe you get to the 2nd to the best relationship to master asia or may be best.... forgot... any ways this is yet another great farming stage for lvls, upgrading parts, attachments, skill learning and such..... Basically these are the likelihoods the character will show up in those missions as your ally... this should greatly help you guys get better chances of raising relationships through playing friendship missions.... sorry if every thing isn't spelled properly or if i forgot a pilots name.... and in case I didn't translate well enough....or missing out a pilot or 2....Also I may be wrong for the most part in unlocking the friendship missions after the first 4 or 5......it's possible to unlock them is having to have met all those pilots in a previous mission....any one knows how to unlock them properly feel free to shed light on the matter.... Also I didn't list all the friendship missions for that is incredibly long.....may be in free time I will do so....but not every pilot has the same friendship missions....some have different ones but majority everyone has same ones...... Some addendum here. In short, the first three missions are already very self explanatory as Richie has stated. Now for the ones below it. The 4th mission depends on who you're playing as. If you're playing as a male, it'll be a mission where you attract ladies (恋の鍔迫り合い); if you're playing a female character, the mission will be reverse which is attracting guys. (愛のスペシャルアタック！) And the next 4 missions are, in short: 5. 少年よ大志を抱け - Your allies will be teen boys 6. 時には剣の似合う少女のように - Your allies are teen girls 7. 青年たちの主張 - Your allies are youths (young men & women) 8. 最後の世代 - Your allies are adults From there, the next Friendship missions are ones where you can unlock characters, and furthermore from those ones are missions that you get by accepting invitations to join factions like Earth Federation, Neo Zeon, League Militaire or ZAFT. |

Lowering Frienship level with Reccoa Need some help here: Pardon my lack of Gundam Universe knowledge, but in the game, Reccoa doesn't seem to be a main character, and seems to randomly show up as a sub-boss donning a gruntish MS that allows for Charge Attacks. I was wondering if any of you could provide hints as to which missions i can focus on that may make her more likely to appear. At the moment, Reccoa's relationship is intimate with a Level 50 Char, along with virtually everyone else other than Master Asia and Haman who are at second most intimate. I did try to go straight to her in a 1v1 showdown in one of the Friendship Missions, and was able to fight her once, and wasn't able to bump into her again after retrying the mission 30 times over. |

Kaneda do you have access to the DLC missions or you don't??? since the 1st mission in the second batch will always have Reccoa and Sarah appear...... so just keep killing her...........and it will lower your relationship with reccoa while raising relationship with sarah....  otherwise it's sorta tough.....this was discussed in the question corner about somethings to do..... |

Of course generally every time you kill an ace your relationship is endangered of going down with them hence why they make the skill Worthy Rival to reduce risks of that of occuring so often..... that's why it's an important skill for relationship buildling along with Charisma....they kind of work best hand in hand. Thus why its highly recommended to use both when going through all these missions and such or joining into other factions or basically going to into any missions with allies and ace pilots as enemies.... As for the neutral like pilots.....in friendship missions where they won't face other allies....not much out there besides the beginning missions.... I didn't really have a clear answer for that.... but you could also join specfic factions.... but keep in mind you can only be in one faction at a time until you finish all the required missions in a faction.... to join a faction generally requires a certain amount of pilots to be in somewhat neutral relationship with you..... from a specific faction.... lets say zeon..... it would be good to have Char, Dozle, Rambal Ral, M'quve to be in neutral with you.... then you should get some kind of terminal message trigger..... I forget whether it needs to be neutral or just one above it to have things like this trigger......also in those faction missions you still face other ace pilots... Pretty much that's the only way to raise relationships through friendship missions..... besides trying to figure out which pilots you shot down causes relationships to be better with other pilots I haven't really kept track of this.....but i'm almost certain there is some relation to it......since some relationships went up and I have not even met up with that character in a mission....but i did just kill an ace pilot.... I do this kind of testing more in the Rain G Gundam Fight Friendship missions stage..... Any ways hope that gets you a little bit of tips to get you over the hump. There is also the Quiz Method which is posted in another topic on these boards.... that basically helps raise everyones relationship with you..... but I think it's sorta out of place in this topic since this is for friendship missions specifically... oh and don't open any mails from heero or zechs(yet,you need to read it later since it opens new friendship missions) if you are aiming for their licenses,both of them will drop to really bad relationship after you read their mails also:i never take worthy rival away from my used skills until i got everything done(namely,true gundam warrior),i even use it in extra missions,that adds the difficulty but i liked the challenge>.< aaand,it seems that once you get the pilots to best relationship it takes forever for them to hate you(or never?),so far i haven't used worthy rival anymore and my relationship with all pilot is still in the best category.............. |

Well Wodash you could still lower relationship even with pilots on the highest....it just takes a lot more shot downs on the pilot.... without any other occurences to help raise their relationship in the mission as well.... like I stated previously sometime you shoot down a particular ace pilot it helps raise relationship with other pilots.... often why I don't like the fact they have friendships missions unlock needing Bad relationships with someone....i find it ridiculous.... it should be that if you can unlock every mission if you get their relationships to a higher point only .....why all the bad relationships needed heh....that's one of my wishes they changed it.....not force you to not be able to miss out on things.....as well. |

OMG I already opened both of them...XDXD I don't really need them though..kamille is good in shooting,so I only need Wing. But I have more problem now,I tried to learn overdrive with hyaku shiki or Mark 2,but My hyaku shiki has bad parts,all rank 2,while Mk2 has good stats,but its moveset is not my favorite. I haven't got turn a yet,because I never meet Loran.. |

Steven make use of the young male pilots friendship missions to get Rolan to show up...that's the best I could help you with since Rolan hasn't appeared at all yet... which is mission 5. Also you run into Heero in that mission too.. As for Milliardo it's friendship mission 7. Though it's sorta hard to uh find a specific mission to have Heero as your ally or Zechs and such.. I think there is a Relena something Faction.... perhaps aim for that.....but I forgot whether this is just for Heero or is it available to all pilots.... but it still requires Heero and I think Zechs to be somewhere neutral with you.... good luck Steven.

Hi guys my (Amuro's) relationship with Dozle Zabi, Char, Harman, Sciorocco, Yazan and Jerid are at the absolute worst. I havea lvl50 Amuro, just recently got the ZZ mission to open. Are there any ways to bring those relationship up? Are there certain missions maybe I can replay and raise the relationship up? By the way, I had finished the 2nd Zaku II mission.... any help is appreciated

just follow what it states in the very first post... and of course have the skill charisma on... just keep repeating it over and over... on any of the specified missions for the characters you wish to raise relationships on they usually show up on those missions as stated above....another good skill to have on is worthy rival since it reduces risk of lowering relationships when you shoot down aces in missions....... of course you can always play the faction missions if you managed to unlock them that will instantly help for some specific pilots to be raised pretty fast in relationships but it only works once....as in generally when finishing up all faction missions 2-3 characters will be in better relations with you......and repeating these missions afterwards won't really differ from any other friendship missions except generally faction missions will always have specificed allies all the time... helps in that essence... any ways best case scenario of course is unlocking the quizzes.... to raise everyones relationship up all at once... gradually by answering the quizzes correctly... |

Told ya wodash it just takes forever.  I remember it took me quite a long time to make it possible..... now if you went back and put charisma on... or do the quiz.... and have worthy rival it'll be yet another 20 or so hours before another drop with Char once you get him in good standing again.

indeed,today i have unlocked 3 out of 5 sleggar story missions without realizing it>.<,its way easier than musha's license IMO since the relationships are paired very well,sarah&reccoa can be unlocked via joining titans,uso&katejina can be done by finishing uso's friendship mission(will trigger katejina's invitation,and if you do well,will trigger katejina's second invitation) only #2&3 is pretty hard to do,i got #3 from pure luck and my relationship with four&rosamia is BAD,i might need the quiz now since rosamia and four does not have a faction....... |

I have finally managed to move Harman up from the worst level to the 2nd worst but Char, Sirocco, Jerid, Rambal Ral and Dozle are still at the worst and Char has not been showing much if at all, Sirocco and Jerid a few times but nothing changed... I have redone the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Friendship mission quite a few times. The dude that pilots the Turn X (sorry dunno his name), I managed to get him to netural but no more... Any suggestions on what else to try, missions and skill to use? I have been using the Worthy rival skill btw. Some post mentioned to join other factions.. how do I do that? do the gundam musou 2 quiz,get at least 100 mission cleared and finish a lot of free missions,you will get the quiz,the answer for it is available somewhere in this board(just use the search topic for "quiz") everytime you answer all the questions correctly you will slightly raise friendship with everyone,do it over and over again and you'll be at best friendship with everyone(it takes a while though) to join faction you just need to befriend a member of it,and they will invite you to join them example of faction and members faction:titans members: -scirocco -sarah -reccoa -jerrid -yazan -dunkel -ramsus befriend any one of them and you will be invited to join titans,you will get several friendship mission with all of the above pilots,and will gain a high friendship rate upon finishing the missions |

k288 remember you can't really join any other faction until your done with the missions of a previous one you've joined.... and generally to join a faction you need to have certain good relationships with the people whom are in a particular faction.... honestly i think there needs to be a guide to joining factions... may be blackkite would make an add on of that into the friendship mission guide... since it is a friendship mission as well.... I really don't have too much knowledge upon the exact triggers of the faction missions.... my suggestion is always to just get your relationships as high as possible by generally using the Quizzes..... trying to get a certain pilot to show up during friendship missions can end up frustrating.... And sometimes raising pilots to a certain relationship lvl so that you can access a faction mission can be upsetting too... but i think most faction missions just require you to get every pilot in that faction in a neutral relationship lvl with your particular pilot... any ways you used Worthy rival.... but it is also very important to have Charisma.... if you are building relationships using friendship missions... |

Thanks guys. I am not sure if I have cleared a 100 missions yet, I kinda doubt it. Where do I find out how many missions I have cleared anyways? I think it only tells me how many I have been in and I think it combines all the success and failures. I assume that's for one character's total only right? Btw I have no way of clearing off that 1000 kills in was it 3 or 4 mintues Free mission, what MS and skills do you guys use for it?, I've tried Nu (of coz :D), Master, God, Wing... and could get no more than 300 killls. Do the general Quizzes recome up if I redo the missions (which ones?)? I will start using the Charisma skill along with Worthy rival and try those 1st few missions again and hope for the best... does it matter what MS or which Amuro I use? Hmm... so can use only 1 other skill now.... |

@richie:indeed,that would be useful even after the US version is released,all we have to do is make a list of faction and members but several factions needs you to do something first though -relena faction will not show up until you get and finish heero and milliad's hate mail mission -athrun's rebellion will not show up until you finish ZAFT(and ORB/lacus faction too?) @K288: i have never seen such mission in free mission,even the musha license DLC isn't that strict....,maybe you got the conditions wrong? i think its better if you try not to redo missions,instead finish missions you have not cleared yet IMO,and there is no way to check total missions finished but i always reload instead of saving if i die so my mission record is 100% success sorties>.< also:if all else fails,just play with another pilot to unlock stuff(i.e the sazabi mission will only need the 3000 shotdown once,so play as char and score a total of 3000 shotdown for sazabi,you will get the mission for everyone once they can pilot the sazabi),don't force your way with one pilot only unless you are really determined,try the others too,who knows you might like them>.< Edited by wodash, Mar 17 2009, 11:47 AM.

sounds to me though your free missions is the Download mission to get the Musha licenses..... to be honest you need to beef up a bit to do it more easily.... but definately pay attention to what i state here for getting 1000 kills below.... For clearing 1000 kills I would definately have the attachment Aura Burst... and speedster...... since once the suits are powered down just thruster into mobs of them and they all add up into your shot downs..... personally i find this the most easiest to do with faster mobility suits..... hence speedster adds on more speed too but my personal favorite with less skills required... is Zeta Gundam..not to mention zeta has a ground sp attack that shoots piercing projectiles works well against mobs... as for the 100 missions it is for your particular pilot that....you are using... so the pain is you must do this with each and every pilot.... over again... to access their own respective quizzes... any ways the number of missions is sitting on top of your stats of your pilot..... of how much exp is needed for the next lvl and all that.... that's what that number represents.... and it also shows you your total amount of shot downs with that pilot... if you're looking at the right screen for it... And it doesn't combine failiures... it is just completed missions... As for the Amuro doesn't matter which costumed one as far as i know.... also you can always reacess the quiz by going into the terminal messages again and clicking R1 I believe.... if you are using PS2 and Ps3 it is the same.....
