undefeated in all directions Posts: 1,022 Group: Members Member #12,767 Joined: January 20, 2008 Gender Male	before we begin i would state some things clear no,this is NOT a list about selectable missions in GM2,this is more like a list of what would happen inside a mission,since the missions are randomized then this might help you expect what to come when playing,and not curse KOEI for it when you lose BK suggested that i split the mision objectives abd the normal task,i will do so but i still have trouble indetifying which is which,so if i put a task in the wrong section do remind me of the mistake>.< the list is not 100% complete yet and contributions are of course very expected to fill up the list TASK LIST 1.this is bad!,send backup immediately! a random pilot with a random MS will show up and after a while his MS will malfuction,and the pilot will start to send SOS for backup! description:the enemy pilot will panic(or if its heero,he will actually look forward to blow up along with his MS,life is cheap you know!),and a timer will appear,usually its 2 minutes(might be less in harder difficulty,or its random),if you don't do anything about it then the enemy army will appear(and by appearing i mean painting the map RED,usually there will be several aces,and lots grunts) solution:go to the enemy MS and destroy it ASAP,it should stop the signal,in harder difficulties you might not need the extra enemies since they could screw up you plan by attacking important fields and allies. 2.LALAH!!! lalah is here!,well,the ghost is,whatever,he will call for you from inside a field,you must reach it in time but you can't enter the field!!!! description:lalah will speak to you and a field will be marked,a timer will appear and you must enter the field before the time is up(i don't know wether its a game over or not if you fail this,i never failed before),but the field cannot be entered unless you defeat the guarding ace first! solution:when you arrived near the field a random ace pilot will appear and become a guard for the field,defeat him/her ASAP to clear this mission,usually when you enter lalah's field there's a trap/enemy ace waiting inside it too,but most of the time lalah will leave and appear again in another field,forcing you to do it all over again.. 3.Broooooooother! awesome duo gym ghingnam and yazan gable will appear,riding musha gundams! description:well,they will start rampaging and taking over fields,if you have a "main camp" or an important field it will fall really fast,and when one of them is defeated,the other will be supercharged solution:you can ignore them if there's nothing important to protect,but make sure you destroy the ASAP if they're attacking your "main camp" or any ally that would cause game over if they died! and hey,why would you NOT want a musha gundam part?! 4.Siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiister! unstable emo duo katejina loos and puru two will appear,riding the musha MKII! description:same with the above mission,but with different pilots and MS solution:same with the above mission,BUT,when you defeat katejina sometimes instead of going hyper,puru two will ditch the musha and reappear with either psyco MKII or a quinn mantha instead! 5.Siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiister! Part 2 puru and puru two will appear and wreak havoc with a random MS! description:their MS is random,but when you defeat one of them,the other one will retreat and return with an MA(defeating them both at once have no effect,the ones you defeat last will return with an MA) solution:just defeat them but be careful with the MA revenge! 6.guess who? a message will appear,and an enemy unit will be shown on the minimap for a while(but will not appear in your 3d map),it looks like a grunt unit.........or is it? description:at first it will look like a pilotless grunt suit,but after you're near enough it will change into an ace unit with a unique MS! the point of this trick is to make you ignore him and leave to someplace else while he takes down your allies and field(once you ignore the message,warnings messages will keep buzzing all the time) solution:get close to him to uncover the disguise and destroy the MS 7.if only big zam were mass produced,zeon will win the war! dozzle appears with the big zam,and he's here to stay! description:its your run off the mill MA fight,but dozle will return 1~2 times before the big zam is completely destroyed(he will just retrat when you beat him before that) solution:just beat the MA again and again until it goes boom 8.Sarah,or Reccoa? sarah and reccoa is arguing in the battlefield!,which one do you assist? description:sarah and reccoa will appear,one of them is on the yellow forces,once you defeat one of them,the other will join your forces,this is strictly for increasing your relationship solution:you can ignore them to make your relationship stable,but for those who want to unlock sarah,defeating reccoa will make you one step closer towards that goal 9.KIRAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!,ATHRUUUUUUUUUUUN!!!!!!! kira and athrun appears and tries to kill each other,as always description:same as above,but with different pilot and MS solution:the same as above,i don't see any benefit of this,since you wont unlock anything aside from licenses,i suggest letting them kill each other,or defeating them both if you have a strong MS that can wipe them in one strike/SP 10.M'quve,the great,great,pushover man m'quve is here!,and he is struggling!,this cannot be happening! description:m'quve will appear as ally,and at about the same time,an enemy ace,2~3 nameless grunt "officers",and a TON of grunt MS will surround him!,easy to say he instantly struggles(probably trying to save his vase instead of fighting back),if you don't help him he will go down in seconds solution:i think ignoring him doesn't give you a game over,but if you managed to rescue him i believe your relationship with him will increase a bit. 11.don't get me wrong,its just if you're dead,relena will be sad... milliald and heero.....working together?! well that's rich! description:milliald or heero will show up using a random MS,once you attack either one of them the other one will appear with a random MS too and help(while saying something close to the mission title quote) solution:if you are in need of MS parts and/or the EXP feel free to beat them up,but if you're trying to increase relationships with both of them i suggest ignoring them so the other won't appear 12.Kira! are you alright?! meet athrun,the best,best buddy of every SEED fan.... description:whenever kira yamato is in the map,athrun zala will sometimes appear to assist him when you damage kira for a bit,its pretty much the same with the milliad&heero event,the difference is it doesnt work both ways,just kira. solution:what can i say?defeat them if you like,relationship with the GSD guys are not the most important thing in GM2 anyway......... 13.CHAR!(the lolicon?!)submitted by kamenrider ZX CCA char will appear along with quess paraya,but where is gyunei!? description:char will appear along with quess,he will always be riding sazabi while quess will use a random MS BUT will be supercharged solution:call me biased,but char is a pretty important person to be friends with,and so do quess,but its all up to you,be careful if this appears in a hard mission though,supercharged aces in hard are always a pain to deal with.. 14.That light,could it be the zeta gundam!? glemmy is too obsessed with the zeta and roux for his own good he gets delusional sometimes...... description:appears randomly whenever one of your allies or YOU,are riding the Zeta,glemmy will appear and mistook the zeta pilot as roux louka there are 3 results 1.the pilot is not roux,that pilot will introduce himself to glemmy and glemmy gets pissed while saying that the pilot is unfit for zeta,glemmy will be harder to fight 2.the pilot is roux,YOU are roux,glemmy will hesitate to attack,go ahead and pummel him for good 3.the pilot is YOU,glemmy will mistake you as roux because you stay silent,he lets you beat the crap out of him,when you defeat glemmy he will realize he is dumb,and will return extra pissed in hyper ace mode,defeat him to end the mission might only be available after you unlock glemmy and finish his story missions 15.The dark history repeats....................... turn A and X goes for the final showdown.........will they reset civilization again? description:rolan and gym appears in their signature MS,one of them will randomly be on the enemy side,if you defeat the enemy MS then the other will join as ally for remainder of the stage,but if you let them fight............,if one of them is fatally injured and not by you the one winning the fight will activate moonlight butterfly which will scramble the field colors(no effect if all of the field is blue/red),and will leave the map permanently,you ally will stay though and will have a sliver of armor left solution:well,help the one on your side so the other don't screw the field.. MISSION OBJECTIVES 1.find the enemy ace! the enemy ace is hiding!,find and destroy him! description:your 3d map(the huge map when you pause the game) will show 3~4 red floating "ace" dots,only one of them is real,and will appear once you are near the right one solution:find the real one and destroy it 2.can anybody provide me with a decent challenge?! defeat 1000 MS! description:defeat 1000 MS!,you cannot proceed to the next task(if there is one) if you ignore this! solution:defeat 1000 MS!,extra and story mission that have these task can't be avoided,but if you're on a friendship or other missions,there's a chance it wont reappear if you quit and and restart the mission. aura burst,one machine matches a thousand,and hard strike is very recommended if you see this task coming 3.HARO is your friend! HARO is missing!,lacus will need your help to find it! description:lacus will appear as ally,preaches("haro is a sweet friend,blahblahblah",the usual madness),and will ask you to search for haro,she will guess where haro is(usually in the hands of a random ace pilot),beat them and it will not be there,lacus will then accuse another poor soul(why you little.....) solution:after you beat several false suspects the real kidnapper will appear,defeat him/her and haro will return to lacus rescuing haro might increase your relationship with lacus that's it for now i guess,i'll add some more when i ran into them when i play,do post if have some that is unlisted here! Though IMO, the #7 & #11 doesn't seem to belong in this category... it would belong in 'kinds of mission objectives' instead.

You start out without any enemies, then after you capture a couple of fields, these unidentified enemies will appear. When you found one the rest will retreat and after you defeat that one they will appear again. Though you can go straight to the leader if you manage to clear all fields beforehand. Anyway, I say just put it in this topic to save space for now. EDIT: On #1 though, are you sure it's the MS blowing up? I thought what it wrote was just that the damaged MS is sending a SOS signal and you need to beat it before the rescue comes... Edited by BlackKite, Jan 29 2009, 12:01 PM.

undefeated in all directions Posts: 1,022 Group: Members Member #12,767 Joined: January 20, 2008 Gender Male	well,there's seems to be two version of that?i was pretty sure more than once i got an instant game over when i ignored the panicked enemy ace(once heero,and once judau,i was trapped inside and MA field ),and after that i made sure i never ignore the mission again.... although i do get the one that you mentioned,just today when i'm playing ridden's extra mission,emma managed to send SOS and a gazzilion troops appeared......it made the game looked like the PS3 version in the terms of crowds>.< EDIT:since the one that matches both my experience and your post was the second one,i've edited it,but i'll be damned if heero wants to jibaku again! Leader of 4th squad Posts: 276 Group: Members Member #10,670 Joined: October 28, 2007 Gender Male	i have some even that can't make sure i name it : Char The Lolicon Char appear with Quess Char in Sazabi Quess(always in hyper mode) in Random(form what i saw between Geara Doga and Jagd Doga Quess) this happen to me 2-3 times

Leader of 4th squad Posts: 276 Group: Members Member #10,670 Joined: October 28, 2007 Gender Male	i play story mission about 6 character and it happen to me 2-3 time 1 time/stage if i re call they will appear in the same time not the same point but not too far form each other as i see shot anyone down another won't go in hyper(even Quess start in red hyper she won't go to purple hyper if you shot Char down before her) they just appear both and talk to each other without Gyunei ha ha ha

undefeated in all directions Posts: 1,022 Group: Members Member #12,767 Joined: January 20, 2008 Gender Male	yeah,lots of similar stuff like that,its pretty generic though(hamrabi team,rick dias team,guncannon team,they also have events VERY often in everyone's mission modes) i decided to search for the unique and funny ones first Spoiler: click to toggle you will actually experience the zechs&heero event as a player yourself when you play zechs/milliad's story mission 5,when fighting the quinn mantha heero will appear just like the even and help you,saying the same quote zechs:heero yuy! what are you doing here!? heero:don't take this wrong,its just if you're dead,relena will be sad... zechs:heero...... heero:target lock on,fire cannons! is using a ball to attack the q.mantha zechs:you really are going to get both of us killed heero:well,life is cheap,especially ours -------------------------------------------------------------- and not long after that its alpha aziel VS zechs! zechs:dammit!,i'm struggling! domon:king of hearts will never lose!,milliad san! i domon kasshu will help you zechs:tearry eyed domon kasshu! you truly are my best,best GM1 buddy!not like puru back then,she tried to destroy me using quinn mantha..... domon:lets save the nostalgia for later,but for now.......take this!
