Soldier Posts: 8 Group: Members Member #26,194 Joined: May 14, 2010 Gender Male	I'm personally a big fan of the Univrsal Century and I've loved nearly every series set in this timeline with the exception of ZZ Gundam(only really because I cant find any quality subtitling and was really just confused). I do enjoy the other timelines but I think some of the best gundam series were done in U.C. and I'm personally looking forward to seeing more side stories or original stores set in that time period. My favorite series from U.C. are Mobile Suit Gundam, Stardust Memory, 8th MS Team, and Victory gundam. I love the mobile suit designs and the Characters. One of the things I liked most about classic gundam was that the characters actually looked diverse. Most anime series the characters all seem to look the same or at leaste the art style makes them look alike. Thats one of the reasons I didn't ejoy seed. Everyones basically Ezak with a wig on.

Though I really would want to watch the whole of Universal Century series. They really kick@ss! The other series' were good. Gundam SEED and Gundam SEED Destiny... <.< seriously, the story failed. It was the first Gundam series; not to be directed by the original Gundam creator. Seed was good, despite what anyone says..but destiny...was ruined by brinignback Kira.. Mobile Suit Gundam: It's just great. 5. Gundam Wing: It had it's moments. 6. Gundam Seed/Destiny: Rau made this series. Awesome villain. Seed Destiny left a lot to be desired though. 7. Gundam 00: Season 1 of 00 was great. Season 2 was mediocre. 8. ZZ Gundam: It had it's moments but the first half was pretty dull and uneventful for me. The whole playful thing didn't work for me especially after the seriousness of Zeta.

Mobile Fighter G Gundam was. The only thing Tomino had to do with post Victory was Turn A and the Zeta movies. First Gundam, Zeta Gundam, 08th MS Team are probably my faves. I am indifferent to or kinda like Seed/Destiny, A and G Gundam. I dislike Wing, 0083 and the Zeta movies. Yet to see ZZ, V, F91, 80 and whatever else.

Liked a New Translation other than the 'wishy-washy' new ending it got instead of the old one where the bad guys won leading up to ZZ. After that would be Wing. It's what got me hooked. 	XL Wishlist Shu - Fa Zheng, Liao Hua Wu - Pan Zhang, Cheng Pu Wei - Yu Jin, Xun Yu Others - Yuan Shu, Chen Gong, Mi Heng Jin - none, they can stay out of it till DW9.

This could be because I watched the newer series before the older ones, so whenever I watched the original Gundam, or Gundam Z, it felt like it was a rehashed version of Seed (Seed Destiny), with poorer graphics and a whinier protagonist (I HATED Amuro and Kamille).

I prefer Zeta though because of the drama and the characters... The characters in Gundam Seed Destiny reminds me too much of Final fantasy because of their personalities.
