Posts: 380 Group: Members Member #20,437 Joined: January 17, 2009 Gender Female	Well, there is already a thread about what you'd love to cosplay, but this is about who'd you like to see. Not necessarily from DW/SW/WO alone, but in general. I for example would really like to see a well-done Cosplay from Atelier Iris or from Mana Khemia. Or of the Persona-series. Those three games aren't really popular enough over here in germany - unfortunately. On the other hand, I've seen a few Persona-Cosplayers on the usual cosplay pages... I've also been unable to find any Shonen Onmyouji cosplayers. From the Koei-series I really would love to see someone playing a convincing Lu Bu, Ina, Lu Xun (DW 6) and just out of curiosity Shingen Takeda, Kenshin Uesugi and Hanzo Hattori (SW 1, 2nd costume).
	Could something THIS CUTE ever harm a fly? Spoiler: click to toggle Well... Most likely not a fly, but... You better don't do anything that might make you his next target... I'm a proud fan of BOTH, Samurai Warriors AND Sengoku Basara. Bashing either at own risk.

That's what Private Messages are for. Hm. Well this Cosplay Forum is supposed to be mostly for KOEI themed cosplay... but I suppose this topic won't do any harm to talk about some non-Koei cosplay... Well, I don't watch too much anime, but as far as videogame characters go, I would love to see someone cosplay Yoshitmitsu from any of the SC & Tekken games. I've only seen one GOOD Yoshi cosplay from his Soul Blade days, and it was INCREDIBLE. The mask and armor was so accurate, I would kill to have that costume, HAHA.

It seems some of the most talented cosplayer have gathered here and I might want to use their knowledge some time in the future for cosplays outside my beloved Koei universe I just remembered: I want to see someone do the standart Yoshitsune costume from Genji (PS2 version) and a Benkei! I really loved the game so... ^o^ If noone does one soon I might not make another DW/SW/WO cosplay next year, but might consider doing Yoshitsune myself.

I'd love to see a Zuo Ci cosplay, simply because it would be hilariously adorable to have someone's grandpa cosplaying XD In all honestly I'm more interested in seeing the obscure characters cosplayed because someone, somewhere will do the popular ones. I believe there is a really good Dian Wei on deviantart. I'd find it hard not to snuggle a Guan Yu cosplayer though.
	Have you hugged an Uesugi daimyo today?

There's a really good Dian Wei (I think from DW3) on cosplay.com as well, he has a horsehead carved arm peice and everything (and he's bald! yay!) I guess guys are harder to come by than girls. I'd love to see someone do...Meng Huo. With totally tricked out gauntlets.

But since people are discussing KOEI Cosplay ALONG with other types of cosplay, it is not such a big deal for members to discuss cosplay's from other videogames/anime in this thread. As far as my own KOEI cosplay hopefulls... I really want to see some Strikeforce costumes!! Yue Ying, SSX, Pang Tong, Sun Ce in particular!

Well, KOEI Cosplay we haven't seen yet, is mainly what I'd like to see, as Zhang Fei, Sun Wukong, Nagamasa, Liu Bei, Kiyomori, Shin Orochi, Joan of Arc, Karen, Edward Prince, Gundam XD, for example & others ones too. (Also see again same KOEI Cosplay lol XD) (Ok, maybe would like to see also FFs, RE, SF, BR, ... & others series cosplay XD)

But anyway, um... as for non-Koei, I don't play much video games anymore so I'd have to say I'd love to see more Anime cosplays of Baccano! (particularly of the Gandor brothers and Graham). As for Koei, I'm expecting to see some Strikeforce cosplayers soon and Taigong Wang, in particular. But uh, other than that perhaps more guys cosplaying male characters? Not to say that I don't love the females for doing so though, it just seems like there is a lack of male cosplayers these days.

Commander Posts: 950 Group: Members Member #9,616 Joined: September 11, 2007	From DW I would have liked to see a good DW6 Zhao Yun cosplay (his costume is very difficult to do, if you want good quality), but this wish has already been granted. From what I saw, there are many good cosplayers from the KOEI series all around the world, so I'm quite happy with that. The same goes for my other favourite videogame series, The King of Fighters. From other series, I'm not interested in the Saint Seiya series anymore (I was a big fan... let's see... almost 20 years ago XD), but characters' armours are as beautiful as they are difficult to cosplay (again, if you want good quality). I think that's the reason why I've never seen a cosplayer from that series that satisfied me, so I'd still like to see a good cosplay of a Gold Saint, Scorpion no Milo in particular (however I must say that I've never tried an exhaustive search). blue hair FTW!

Now if only someone made Yoshitsune from Genji and put them next to each other... ^o^ ---- I'll be doing Taigong Wang soon the accessoirs are mainly done, so all that is left is the outfit itself. As by now I got all the materials together, I'll probably start sewing some time soon ;P

One NO, should be enough but it never seems it is. Please...spay your fangirls people. ((obviously fans who are girls, and not psychotic aren't included in this)) I'd like to see more of the covered up girls. Yue Ying pre-6 I've only seen once, and Ginchiyo I've also only seen once (by Kaman-Fong or Laura I forget which one did it). Though a full blown Shimazu with armor would be AMAZING. I'd love to see some old dude do this!

It's hard to compare the two since one is SW1 Magoichi and the second is SW2 Magoichi. personally I preferred the less-fuzzy SW1 costume, but both cosplayers really seemed to hold that persona in their faces and had excellent photo shoots. And boys who cosplay get extra props from me, since they seem much less inclined than girls. The second did an excellent job with Magoichi's facial hair though considering.
