LOL your avatar and signature. Much love for Mr.Honda and Jiahe... fellow Zhao Yun worshippers!  I probably won't get around to doing all Legend's on 3 files, but just only do it on Shu's. I've got to be quick before Empires, I hate rushing games! My Wu file is just Ling Tong who's got Gan Ning's dual-knives. Liu Bei's not bad. He has awesome combo. He can easily execute T attacks after S attacks which means you'll be doing critical damage often. I'm not really a fan of Zhao Yun's moveset. It's decent while fightning in the air but on ground it has a short range. Zhang Fei's always my number one  .

Heck no! I'll never touch him in this game LOL... I only did the signature for Mr.Honda because he is my friend. I want to finish Zhang He up so I can work on Sun Ce next since he is my 2nd favorite... well actually 3rd because Sun Jian is just amazing in 6.<3 |

Sun Ce's awesome. I love his moveset and weapons. Sun Quan's 4th costume, what color is it? Sun Ce's 4th is pink, I have a suspicion that all the Sun family has similar color palettes since they're related. I only have two characters that have been maxed, they are Sun Ce and Lu Bu. Currently on my Wu save, I am doing three characters at a time (Sun Jian who is at Level 16, Cao Cao who is at Level 17 and Liu Bei who is at Level 15). I also have been playing the Wu save for about 9 days (218 hours. 12 minutes, and 15 seconds). On my Shu save, I am doing Zhao Yun (who is at level 14) and Zhuge Liang (who's at level 20 or so). On my Wei save, I am doing Cao Pi who is at Level 18. |

My Wu is the most advantage in my whole slots, Shu is using Yue Ying and still chapter 4, and Wei is using Xiahou Yuan and no progress done. Talking about Liu Bei, his air combos are remarkable. The best sword for fast and effective air combo after all! |

Quan's 4th costume is yellow with some green on it and Sun Jian's is mostly green since those two are my only maxed out characters. Interesting to see Ce in pink... never thought that would be his choice of color lol. Right now I have Zhang He at 41 which I should be done with him by today since leveling him has been quick being that he was at level 28 yesterday.  To be honesty, most of the fury forms looks good in their alternate color palettes. Right now, I have Quan's 2nd costume which has been my favorite since DW6 plus he looks good in blue fury form and I have Sun Jian in his 4th costume but he looks better in his 2nd costume fury form with the black & white stripes.

I'm still at Chapter 3. I hadn't much time playing... because of computer lol. My main character is Lu Xun and currently training Zhou Yu  I wish we could block the enemy's attack while moving. I mean, while pressing the L button + moving.... |

There is a way to prevent those that use a Pike from hitting you at times. You hit Square when you are in front of someone with a pike weapon, like Lu Bu, and you hit square again, and his weapon's a bit deflected, and you can hit him then. It seems that's only for the pike set of weapons, though. It doesn't work with any other type of weapon, as far as I can tell. |

Thanks for pointing it out  I'm quite new to DWSF, it's been a long time since I played Warriors series game.Don't have much trouble battling the generic generals, but is a little annoyed with the strategist who sometimes their attack is ranged x( I rarely use bow too, ah maybe that's it. |

It's just for Halberd type only. Breaking attacks won't be very effective against arrows and magic, since the user won't stop attacking for while. |

Haha, I thought I would share one of my recent blunders while playing this game. So, I started leveling up Zhao Yun (  ) by playing through Wu story, normal difficulty. I decided to switch briefly to Shu story Bandit Trap (5-star) and level up his Staff proficiency quicker.Long story short, I got to 9,999 and then let the Bandit Chief kill me three times  I was being a careless & stingy bastard by rushing in with an under-leveled character and refusing to use any healing items  I kept my EXP though And besides, its Zhao Yun anyway

I have finished maxing out Sun Ce yesterday afternoon after I grinided Ling Tong's duel again for the 50th time. I'm taking a short break because I can't decided who I want to play next. I'll most likely pick a Shu officer since I started to use Liu Bei so I might work on him next or Zhuge Liang... not sure though.

Playing Zhuge Liang by equip him Cao Cao's or Cao Pi's sword will make him look alike a hero in Chinese old vampire movie  especially when the hair is white (2nd costume)

I have nearly maxed out Cao Pi on my Wei save, and I decided to do a Shu officer on my Shu save that I have not really focused on before, and I decided to go with Ma Chao. I am going to wait on completing my Shu save with Ma Chao, so I have about 26 levels to go before taking over from Zhuge Liang (even though I am still going to use him and Ma Chao in tandem like I do with the Three Leaders on my Wu save. I actually used that weapon on Zhuge Liang which is my best setup so far haha. I am only at level 21 with him right now so hopefully I'll be done with him by Monday. I only need 3 cards left of Xiahou Dun, Cao Pi, and Guan Yu. I also have to do more spoil farming for items since I used alot of them on weapons I been buying. >.> I think once I am done with Zhuge, I'll most likely be playing Empires afterwards but if I do get bored at night, I'll keep playing this on the side and maybe work on Dong Zhuo or Cao Cao next. |

Yeah, I want to get as much done as possible before Empires. Luckily from the looks of it, I'd be finished with all 3 stories. I'm on the last now, Wei's, my third file. Fighting at Chi Bi was pretty cool with Wei, except the whole chasing after Zhuge Liang, Pang Tong, Zhou Yu & Huang Gai... And later on being fooled by Zhou Fang at Shi Ting, was just like *sigh* I may have not expected it if I had not played all the other DW games.

I had the exact same problem yesterday when I did that stage myself with Sun Quan since I was playing the 5 star stage of Chi Bi (Wei). Huang Gai wasn't too bad but the other 3 just wouldn't stay put. On top of that, I ended up having Sun Jian's Ancients' Sword as my sub weapon which wasn't helping as much for killing Zhuge Liang and Pang Tong. >.< I was able to complete the stage but not the way I wanted to plus I didn't feel like exiting the stage to fix my weapon lol. I did work on Liu Bei a bit yesterday too, reaching him at level 10. I must say though, his charge attack is fun to play with in this game. I was able to kill officers without getting attacked much myself. I plan to stick those twin swords as my sub weapon on Zhuge Liang now since all the other weapons I have tried were giving me a few issues with him dying few times haha. |

Yeah I've used Liu Bei's dual weapons myself. I put them on Zhao Yun as soon as Liu Bei was unlocked after the first chapter. He's kept them ever since. The arena at Chi Bi was cool, I guess they were just coded to flee from you so the fire traps from the ground would be the point behind it. I need to use as many weapons and characters as possible before Empires, just ordered it. It's all go go go. |

Is it just me for being kinda disappointed in the way that Zhuge Liang doesn't change color when he goes into fury with all 4 of his costume changes? It seems that his fury mode is White for the most part and some other color underneath the white in regards to his four color changes. I would have expected Zhuge Liang's fourth fury color to be black (since that's what his regular color is for his fourth costume but with a little white and gold). I was disappointed with the selection of color on his fury forms too. I thought they would've at least splash some colors on his whole form instead of underneath the white which you can barely see as it is. So there is no confirm release date for the US DLC pack #2 then? I won't be surprised if we don't get ours until July 2nd or something.

I am actually thinking it would be next Wednesday, the 1st. Since the DLCs are going to be monthly, it's not a stretch of the imagination that it would be available near the first of the month, and the last pack was a 6-day seperation from the European release and the NA release. |

I'm just wondering, has anyone else noticed any sound glitches in this game? The few times I've tried playing Bandit Trap to get 9,999 deeds I noticed that the sound starts to "glitch" and get real choppy after a certain amount of time. Leaving the current map area and coming back in "resets" the sound and it will work for awhile before "glitching" again. Most of the time, I noticed its triggered by rapid attacks on dense crowds, and I can repeat it many times in one playthrough. |

Yes, I have that problem all the time when I do that stage alone. All the the other stages, the sound is perfectly fine. I thought it was just my game/system that was doing it so I didn't think about it much but it seems to be a glitch overall.
