None of the remixes or new music have really made me go wow, though. Since I never heard the originals, these remixes are fantastic. Like you, Genius Sanctuaries V2 is easily my favorite. I played Wu Zhang Plains twice in a row today with the volume up just to hear the track

Posts: 6,807 Group: Admins Member #3,636 Joined: October 5, 2006 Gender Male	Oh yeah, you want to hear A Great Giant, Welcome to China, Ignition, Oriental Rush, Geniuses' Sanctuaries... and last but not least Gain Momentum, then! That track from taking over Mt. Ding Jun in DW6 puts me in high spirits, just like how DW3's OST did all the way. I don't know, it's just that I didn't really think ''Oh that's an improvement'' when hearing DWSF's tracks. And yes, a great remix, it's not like one that's so in your face or loud that you would cringe after a few attempts of the level.

Posts: 3,587 Group: Members Member #4,250 Joined: November 19, 2006	I seriously keep hearing the town theme music playing in my head as we speak. I don't even like the tune of it but it got stuck in my head now. I prefer the originals over the remixes but I still enjoy listening to Oriental Rush, Chaotic Field, and Dabes in SF since these are the only 3 I tend to hear alot more then the others when playing. Then again majority of the stages I play are the same ones over and over again with those tunes.

The town music seems to flow well and doesn't grow on your nerves super fast. The same applies to the new Empires music. I believe they make the tunes calm, soothing etc, since much of the game's time will be concentrated in these areas. So it's important they don't go all heavy metal.
