Zuo Ci is actually a real person. Granted, his abilities and involvement are completely fictionalized by the novel, seeing as he was a very minor Wei official whose only mention is his entertainment of Cao Cao and his officers at banquets, but he was real. |

Zuo Ci doesn't count. DW is based primarily off of the book, which Zuo Ci was in. As for SW, yes the preferred action would be to just just give Kunoichi the name Mochizuki Chiyome and be done with it. Edit: Eh, Wenze beat me to it. Edited by M.O.G., Mar 16 2009, 07:17 PM.

I don't mind Diao Chan. Don't usually play her because she might not be real, but still, she's in the ROTK novel which at least gives her 'some' form of reason to be in the game. I just hate characters soley from Koei's heads. Edited by *Burning* Devil Scholar, Mar 16 2009, 08:32 PM.

Maybe video games isn't the best outlet for you if it all has to be historical to make you happy.  I think you're overlooking really great writing/characterization and missing out on a lot of amazing character interaction worked into the games. I mean HISTORICALLY people didn't use the same move set over and over and over and over either did they. Just enjoy the game for what it is, a game. |

Yeah I do. For some reason I don't feel that way for lets say Zhu Rong, I think she's pretty cool. I kinda miss her cause I was a fan of her at some point. But still, there's like that Japanese kick ass ninja girl people keep mentioning (I don't know her name) yet she's not put in due to a 'fictional' ninja. I just find that a bit irratating. I'd prefer the real girl. That's like saying, "oh koei made a bunch of SW clones (which I hope they don't), but it dosn't matter cause It's just a game, even though I spent bout £30-40" .

but nene wasn't even a ninja in the first place so thats not historicly accurate, acctually the games aren't historicly accurate either, they leave out important information and have multiple endings, when really there should only be one true ending : ieyasu's but im glad of the possibility she might come back, kunoichi is da best!

I didn't play SWXL, but I heard her different voice in WO, so I know that G.K. Bowes will be the American seiyuu for Kunoichi from Samurai Warriors 3. YouTubers figured it out before me. Sjfaith would know; we're both in the Koei Warriors YouTube group that figured out before I joined. And I don't think of the different Kunoichi voices as better or worse; I just think they're different. |

well, we know A female ninja is coming back. i seem to recall a female ninja in yukimura's little bodyguard group, so maybe that's who is being put in. |

I am with you Just can't wait to see her in SW3. Kunoichi is the only favourite female character in SW series for me. Nene annoys me that much, oh my  Give Kunoichi the name - Chiyome Mochizuki - and there will be no problems Fans will be pleased!

well, there seems a simple solution to this question. we have among us a young lady who seems to excell at getting voice actors to open up and talk to her. that would be our Mei Ling. if you read this Mei Ling, would you consider approaching this VA-G.K. Bowes and getting some confirmation on this? she would NOT have put it in her resume if she was unwilling to discuss the role. thanks. |

How come everyone thinks that she's the Kunoichi from SW1? It could be anyone like Chiyome or someone who even wasn't a kunoichi in real life. It's like saying "Hey, a new ninja, that must be Goemon" >_>. |

1- she has red colours just like kuno 2- she is in a stance very similar to kuno 3- koei wouldn't be so mean to people, lots of people liked kuno so they will probly bring her back IMO, though probly with a name ie.chiyome AND TO YOUR SECOND PART  1- goemon was a theif and was nothing like a ninja 2- goemon is really big, if someone was a skinny ninja, no-one would think it was goemon. 3- goemon has a pretty different style and feel, he would have a goofy stance, not a dark, ninja like stance i just think you have hatred to kuno and you have no proof as to why it isn't its her, but still personnally i think she will be back, with a name, like chiyome to please everyone Edited by Xanxus, Apr 29 2009, 10:16 PM.
