Keiko Erikawa was the co-founder of Koei with her husband Yoichi Erikawa. Today she is the chairman, president and CEO of Koei. She usually ran the business affairs of the company, while her husband did the game developing, producing and programming for Koei. Yoichi Erikawa is a game producer for Koei, using the pen name Kou Shibusawa. At first game developing was only a hobby for him. Then he came up with the game Nobunaga's Ambition, which went on to sell millions of copies in Japan. It was then that Koei switched over from a chemical wholesaler to a game development studio and publisher. I hear their looking for game designers. I want to be a game designer but not sure if I want to leave the US and go to Japan for 1 to 2 year though I could use the training. Plus That would mean I have to live in Singapore to get to work right? At least the ladies looks nice. Also I only speak English is that a problem.

I'm surprised Capcom isn't, what with Street Fighter 2 and it's multiple versions, but Bamco doesn't surprise me because they tend to spit out good high quality stuff (a la the Tales Games and most things Gundam related) so while they're raking in cash, they're also spending money to make it good stuff. |

hi guys well I see koei have lots of intersting things especially the new official sites for some countries with its foriegn language. actually I wonder if the company can make an arabic official site for the company not just wondering but want that happen. I'd like them to do that one [ and know it wont ever happen :(] I think it could be nice for us arabians and a nice idea for them , wha da say ha |
