Do you care that this game has trophies? There maybe only 22 of them but 5 of them are only bronze, 8 of them are silver and 9 of them are freakin Gold! i have never seen so many gold trophies in one game b4.. EDIT by Crimsondramon The trophies of Orochi Z: Bronze Win at Survival Mode Get 100 combo count Get at least 10000 Exp points in a battle Kill 300 enemies Silver Clear Shu story Clear Wei story Clear Wu story Clear Sengoku story Clear Orochi story Get 30 win streak in Survival Mode Kill 1000 enemies Unlock at least 200 wallpapers Clear a stage in under one minute Gold Unlock all playable characters Clear all stages under Chaos difficulty Get 50 win streak in Survival Mode Get all treasures Get all skills Get all 4th weapons Unlock all costumes (Note: You must get 20 proficiencies for Dodomeki, Gyuki and Shin Orochi even though they only have 1 costumes. Aslong as they are actually trophys to work for they will be fun. I wouldnt want trophys just to have trophys, just to show off that you have a large number of trophy kind of nonsense. And i rather have the trophys pay off ingame. who cares about your online profile. |

Sure Trophies are good for... Some form of boasting, but that's about it. Still, I'm a bit of a perfectionist, so I'll see how long it takes me to get 'em all. Any idea what the Trophies are? I'm guessing they're just for stuff like beating all stories, unlocking all characters, reaching certain proficieny level total, etc. |

Come to think of it, I should post the Trophies list here to let everyone see what they are  Thanks to BlackKite for the translation of course:
Personally for my MOZ so far, I've got all the Bronzes, all the story clearing, 1000 kills and stage finished by 1 minute silver trophies. Gonna aim for the others slowly

Yes, thanks for the trophies description, BlackKite & CDM, it can help players a lot ^^ Well, not really excited, it seems, it's another sort of "treasure" that we have in WO series, but it sounds good too

Yeah, this is the most Gold I've seen in one game! Not really hard to get but it'll take time (except 50 wins in Survival mode)! I'm just glad Koei games start having trophies. |

I reckon only getting 50 Win streak in Survival is the hardest gold to get.  As for the proficiency materials, I just got that trophy and it supposed to mean Treasures  *fixes it* As for that stage to clear in 1 minute, I just did SW 4-X and used Wukong to kill Dong Pig in 45 seconds. I know there are faster stages though...  EDITEDIT: I meant SW 4-X

I'm getting excited about the game now! and the fact that i heard nothing about a US release makes me want to get it asap The trophies look nice and not too hard to get (except some of the gold ones lol) And yeah wth so many gold in one game! |

Nah. I don't really care for trophies. Its great that they are there but I find that the inclusion of trophies seems rather tacked on and gives an illusion of "longevity" to the game when it really doesn't. Although its rather annoying that you can't backed your savefile in most games now due to trophies. |

I love the addition or trophies. Its really the only way to prove what you have completed within games. Sure, you can come on this forum and say that you have unlocked all characters, gotten all treasures, gotten 50 wins in Survival mode and so on and so forth, but thats just your word for it. But If i have you as a PSN friend, I can prove it for myself by looking at your trophy list. To me, its a much more rewarding factor to actually prove to people what ive done. |

I agree with you on that. I guess it comes down to personal preferences. I really only play for my own sake therefore I am not one to really mind if I have nothing to show or prove to others that I have or have not completed certain task within the game. I think those task are rewarding enough for me to have completed them and not to have anyone knowing doesn't bothers me. Thats just me but I can see where you are coming from. |

I'm with you on that one. I don't mind if there certain things I haven't accomplished while others have. I play for the fun of it and besides I hate braggers altogether so yeah having them is good, cuz then you can see if there lying or not

Yay, only 5 trophies away from Platinum (200 WPs, 400 WPs, all abilities, complete all scenarios on Chaos and all weapons) oh and I added a note for the 4th Costumes trophy

If you get the 4th weapons trophy post back here. Because I got all the 4th weapons but never got the trophy. So if that happens to anyone tell me. but yea, im pretty close. I just need the 50 survival wins, costumes,400 wallpapers, and chaos stages. and the 4th weapons thing which I never got but did. |

Same thing happened to me  I just got all 4th weapons today and no trophy. There was like one or two people that I didnt get their 3rds, but that shouldnt effect it, especially when Ive looked in the gallery and it shows every single weapon available.I still need to complete all Chaos stages, get 4th costumes, 400 wallpapers, and need 30 and 50 wins in Survival. I suck at survival, so I may never get those trophies

Ok thats a good thing believe it or not, I think it was meant for you to pick/play with everyones 4th to technically "unlock" them. So I think we can still get it. Everyone must have the same trophy delay then. I also thought about maybe having everyones 1st 2nd 3rd and 4th weapon, but I dont think that matters. The only other solution would be to pick and play as the person. BUT if that doesnt work. Im gonna be pissed. |

hmmm, maybe, but that doesnt make much sence either. And arrrgg, that just means having to play even more useless battles. But I suppose there are quite a few people I have to use in getting fourth costumes still. |

The 50 win streak in Survival trophy is indeed hard to get. It would be best if you acquire Orochi X first since the charge move he has (square x3, then triangle) is the best way to win. |

I disagree. As the more wins you get, the more important is to knock the enemy out instead of killing them, cause they can take a lot of damage without dieing the further you are in. Shin Orochi's C3 is good though, get someone close to a wall and it will blow the wall down and them through it. Today I tried it with Himiko, Orochi and Shin Orochi, but still only got to 25 cause of stupid Ling Tong spamming his R1 aerial kick. I didnt have a chance right from the get go.OMG UPDATE THAT IS WORTHY OF A DOUBLE POST BUT I WONT!!! I finally did it  And not only did I get to 30, but also got to 50 in that same run, with the same characters Himiko, Orochi and Shin Orochi. I was sweating bad from how nervous I was, I had many close calls. And LOL I didnt even make it past 50  I died before I could get my 51st win. I was still trying just as hard, but I was nailed with Taishi's musou that destroyed my life bar, but I dont care. I am happy with what I got and I dont have plans to play Survival mode again.
