Rance I'm serious a legit mental breakdown scared the living crap out of my hubs,nausea,constant non stop crying for two hours,a legit mental breakdown I'm seriously terrified this is new,I've never had this happen,I have no clue what to do,called a doctor,suggested drinking I'm five drinks in and still completely agitated,can't calm down Valium and try to sleep maybe? I think in this case, it's best to step away from the computer and lay down. Grab a blanket or a pillow to squeeze and release tension. Drink some water or milk or something warm. And breathe and relax

It's more like a panic attack. It's not going to physically harm you, you're just scared of the thing itself. Just go do something else to distract yourself. A "mental breakdown" is just a case of the nerves. Edited by Wild Lion, Tue Dec 8, 2015 6:46 am.

I've had a panic attack before, they're not fun, and I'm sorry you're feeling that way but chugging all those drinks won't help. They're additives and sugar just makes everything all the more hyper. Breathe slowly, sit crosslegged on the floor and count to whatever number you can get to. Again, try finding something to clench, like a pillow or a stress ball so you don't hurt yourself

I don't like this I SERIOUSLY don't like this Sorry you all have to put up with this but I can't do this to my hubs he's got epilepsy I can't risk him having a seizure,he'll panic I'm in the bathroom I told him I've got a stomach bug so as not to scare him Six drinks in why the hell isn't this working? Sometimes stress and nervousness causes it. Like I said, take a breather, get off the computer and find a place to sit and breathe ------- Going to New York tomorrow..err..later today to see a Chinese folk metal band.
