I forced myself to listen to one of my all time favorite songs all the way through today for the first time in over a year... almost 2 in fact. Hit me pretty hard still.

Winded up getting Naruto 3 today. Pretty fun game, althoguh I kinda wish I'd paid more attention to the series a bit more. Some of the stuff they're talking about, I have no idea what's going on... Meh. Wikia is my best friend, I suppose.

Yeah. The main storm games stories definitely stay pretty dead on so it can definitely be really confusing and spoiler heavy if you don't keep up with it. :ph43r:

Spoiler-heavy is an understatement. But at the same time, it leaves just enough in obscurity that, if you don't know, you really wish you did, like at the beginning when the one guy tells Naruto and Kakashi and company that

Spoiler: click to toggle
but never explains exactly why. It blacks out and goes to another scene, elsewhere....

Kind of annoying, lol. It's hard to know what is supposed to be a secret still, and what we're supposed to already know. My knowledge of Naruto ends at the names of a few characters, lol.

Always planned on looking at what's on Netflix eventually, but watching anymore shows in another language kinda turned me off after the whole Sengoku Basara fiasco :kurokan:

Perhaps reading it would be better then if you can't follow the JP voice casting as well? :ph43r: The games never go off canon so everything the story covers in Ninja Storm is from the Manga. Sometimes the games are even a little better at adapting certain things than the anime is actually.

I've heard the claim that Ninja Storm 2 told the story better than the anime for that section of it before.

A question to you, think Ninja Storm 2 (and I suppose 3 afterwards) is worth getting for someone without knowing the story for that section, but who actually does want to know the story? :P
and has considered going back to watching or reading, but never been bothered as of yet
Loved Ninja Storm 1, but only got it due to knowing it's story

it's very frustrating that photoshop doesn't have a tool to make smooth straight or curved lines... which is probably one of the most obvious things to put into these type of things and it gets left out almost completely

If you really want to know it well than it is probably a better idea to read the story first then go back and get the games after as it will throw a great deal of spoilers around and even though the writing and covering of Ninja Storm does an amazing job adapting it there will still be just enough missing that going back and having to fill in the gaps reading it later will kind of kill some of the impact. If you are wondering more just about being confused or jumbled though, it covers everything you would need to grasp really well as far as the main base of the story as long as you play them all through in order. There will just be a few side details and character depth that will be missing still. :ph43r:

Why must it always be that those rare cases I get that "Yeah! I could lay down and be happily knocked out in seconds" feeling it's when it's far too late to take a nap and way too early to just go to bed for the night. :kurokan:
