By Disneyland you mean Kami? Switch's online will be 20$ a year and that's apparently too much for people. Total deal breaker. When will Nintendo's greed stop!? "Nintendo Switch Online subscribers will have ongoing access to a library of classic games with added online play," the spokesperson said. "Users can play as many of the games as they want, as often as they like, as long as they have an active subscription That's quite a deal. Edited by DMRevolution, Fri Jun 2, 2017 5:27 am.

Walt Disney World = Florida mega-resort with four theme parks- the Magic Kingdom (larger "clone" of Disneyland, though a lot is different), Epcot, Disney Hollywood Studios, and Disney's Animal Kingdom-; two water parks; a shopping district; three golf courses; two mini golf courses; a sports complex; and like 30 themed resorts/hotels; and a LOT of empty swamp/forest space. About twice the size of Manhattan. Need your own car, a taxi, or the Disney provided free buses, monorails, or boats to get around. Disneyland = Theme park in California Disneyland resort = Disneyland park, Disney's California Adventure theme park, 3 hotels, Downtown Disney Shopping district. All connected, can walk around and go to it all from any point in the resort. Naturally, in California. Hope that clears it up. Also fun fact- Disney doesn't operate Tokyo Disneyland resort. They licence out the property to a different company. It's probably why it's consistently considered one of if not the best set of Disney theme parks in the world, as they don't have money-crunchers at Disney keeping them from making cool rides with animatronics and instead just throwing in another 3D movie or something. Also I'm going to be going to Disneyland later this month. I think we leave on the 23? Not 100% on that. We'll be staying at the resort for 7 days, going to the parks for 4 and deciding what LA stuff to do or not do the other 3, then going to San Diego for 2 days, then coming back up for a night of rest at one of the Disneyland hotels before flying home. that's a huge oversimplification, but in essence, yes. Disney World is literally an entire district in Florida that houses 4 parks, water parks, Disney Springs, and a bunch of resorts. Disneyland, my understanding, is just one park. Never been there though, but i know its much smaller than the Orlando resort. |

That's a good way of putting it yeah. Like, Walt felt constricted with Disneyland originally because of the amount of land he bought and a bunch of people putting up hotels around it and destroying his vision and there was nothing he could do about it. So he bought up a BUNCH of land in Florida to essentially be able to control his park better. At the time he also envisioned Epcot as a proper experimental city rather than just a theme park. When he died though they scrapped Epcot and just made the Magic Kingdom and some resorts around it, then later built Epcot, and from there everything else. In fact, the Magic Kingdom itself is like twice the size of Disneyland, which is interesting because it has like only 2/3rds the number of rides as Disneyland. I find the history of the Disney Parks REALLY interesting for some reason... Yeah, I dunno if you've been to Universal Studios down there in Florida, Kami, but Disneyland's kinda set up like that. i love Disney, but I dont have much of a connection to Disney as saner does to her things...That makes sense. That's what I imagined. Yeah, i've been to UNiversal WAAAAY more times than Disney. In fact my first time going to, and actually spending an entire day at, any Disney park was like....February of this year. I've been to Hollywood Studios and Magic Kingdom, but for a small amount of time cause it was a spur of the moment trip and we got there super late to do anything. this is a SUPER not to scale map of the Orlando resort. Just imagine everything being much further apart. ![]() that buzzlight year at the bottom left of the map is where I work. Edited by Mr. Kamikaze, Fri Jun 2, 2017 7:28 am.

I would go everywhere except the shopping disrict tbh Disney merch is expensive. Like my work sells disney toys which have insane price differences. A 14 pack of zootopia figures we sold for like £8 whereas the disney store was selling them at just over £30. I was like "what" We got in a bunch of disney infinity figures too. Made me think of how kami's world was destroyed by them Edited by UpInMahBubble, Fri Jun 2, 2017 7:33 am.

![]() This one, while not up to date, is a bit closer to scale. Naturally the castle and stuff aren't that big. Also "Downtown Disney" is Disney Springs now and "Disney-MGM Studios" is "Disney Hollywood Studious". And yeah oh GOD Disneyworld is expensive. Even a fast food meal of burgers and fries is like ten bucks. Be prepared to either go get groceries or spend a lot of money in the parks. >Disney Infinity I'm still sad about that. I got it the very year it died.

Art and Pop are two of the resorts the company I work for does bags for![]() Apparently the recession hit during construction for Art, which was to be across the lake from Pop. But it was abandoned when the crisis hit. Until years later they finished it, and incorporated the unfinished buildings into the finished resort, to what is now the Little Mermaid section, but without actually totally rebuilding them. I know people who work there and it's kinda awesome. |

Kami knows all the disney world lore it seems. He's a sage Not really a "theme" park as such but my favourite place like that is the Primate Park in The Netherlands. You just walk around and there's monkeys everwhere. |

Probably, I mean the monkeys do come and climb on you if they're feeling brave enough so I wouldn't be surprised if they saw a shiny watch and took it |
