I'm not doubting you, I just figured I wasn't making the sounds right in my head cause getitng Eness from Agnis just doesn't make sense in my english head

I'm sorry, but that's hilarious. Here, it snows once a week, and it's always more than two feet.

They don't have the equipment or experience to deal with it ... I'd LOVE to see what happens to southern California drivers if they ever got hit with snow :lol:

We use the Spanish-English names in our family interchangeably. Its not really a big deal for us which is said. Generally, if the conversation is in Spanish, we use the Spanish version of the name, and same goes for English.
