(ʘ‿ʘ)✿ what'd you say about my Ina

If we stop being offensive for five minutes in the thread I will buy cookies for you all.

But no in all seriousness, there's a multitude of reasons why everyone needs to watch what they say and consider that they're speaking publicly, in a forum that is very diverse.

Crusader, what you said was wrong. Fat people are people and need to be treated with respect. I would greatly appreciate it if you watched what you said from now on, and tried to keep in mind that not everyone holds your viewpoints or finds them appropriate.

This same holds true of the gay-bashing and the general misogyny I see in this topic (and other places on the board) - not specific to just you. It is not acceptable, and while I understand you're pretty young and probably don't know much about these types of issues, I encourage you to learn, because watching what you say and learning what is and isn't acceptable will do you quite a bit of good. Sincerely apologizing for your mistakes is good too.

Mistakes! Everyone makes them! They are not the end of the world.

In general though, guys...

When someone is wrong, just tell them so. Don't be an asshole about it, don't be a jerk, don't rub it in their faces, and do not pile on them. It makes you look bad, it makes the forum look bad, it puts people on the defensive, and it just a stupid move.

Report it, tell them that you disagree, and move on.

But some of what I just saw in this thread amounted to little more than bullying and that is not on at all.

Tbh, I'm aware of these issues, I just don't care for them. Those issues aren't my problem; I'm 14; I shouldn't have to worry about that stuff and even if I should, I won't because I don't care about it as passionately as some of you guys do. But I'll try to keep my mouth shut.

That may be a bit too honest, Crusader :P

Just think before you post is the real key, if you do know of the issues shouldn't be too hard then

It's not a matter of caring about the cause or not...

It's about being a decent human being that people can respect and like.

Wouldn't everyone want to be a person like that?

The love died a little and I don't know why :(

I still adore her but it's not the same as when Tamo was first revealed. She is my true no.1

Kosho is still no.1 SW! She beat Kai and that was tough to beat!

I'm honest with everyone Sanada. Because no one deserves to be sugarcoated whether they're the admin of one of the most well-established forums on the internet (*cough* *cough* KW) or the garbage man.

I'd hardly call KW one of the most established forums on the internet, hahaha.

But alas, PM is probably the best place for the rest of this conversation.

S-so, um, holding a quick poll (link) here, input would be great. I'd make a new topic but it isn't worth it.

I don't care if people don't respect me. If they don't, then that's their problem and their loss. I don't even really go outside enough to actually care if people respect me or not; if I went outside more, then maybe. But maybe you're right. Maybe I should keep some of my thoughts to myself. That's probably for the best.

Sugarcoating exists because being blunt and entirely honest with things after a certain point just makes you an ass hole. You may not like something or the idea of something, but when you're on a public forum where the people here are diverse, keep those things to yourself unless you're actively participating in a discussion about it where your opinion is requested or warranted.

I know swan basically coaxed that little truth out of you, but you can't really be shocked when someone takes offense to it...

When you're blunt, don't be shocked when people are blunt back.

Why do people get mad at their job when they're actually expected to do some work? And do it RIGHT?
Reminds me of a "friend" of mine who literally had to show up at work, do some clean up, maybe handle one or two early morning customers, and otherwise could goof off. He could read a book, browse online on a laptop, play a video game on a smartphone/portable game system, and so on.

... he quit after two nights because it was "too hard" and never went to find another job.

I would kill (not literally, of course) for a job, let alone such a breezy one like that. And he just passes it up?

What the HELL?!
