I've also been working out. I run on my treadmill at a speed of 3.1 MPH until I have walked/ran a mile, then I lift 6 pound weights. At one point, my muscles were so buff on my arms I could lift a 25 pounder But I stopped afterward, idk why though. I'm going to start lifting weights tomorrow again. Would've done it today if I woke up earlier.OMM: Why are my parents talking **** about me Okay, so I nearly burned the house down again cooking. My upper body is so out of shape I hate itIt's not like really skinny, it's just slightly thin compared to my legs and really out of shape. So yeah the focus is on my upper body mainly I'm not aiming for a lot of muscle growth, just to sort of tone up and get in shape |

I also don't want a lot of mucles. Because they make you fat if you stop working out. Just make the body has some mucles. Health is good.

I just workout because it's fun. It's honestly the main reason I work here, I get free access to the gym whenever I want. If I didn't have that I might not be able to go since I have to balance my days off between getting my webcomic started, hanging out with friends, cosplay, trying to buy some land and build a house, and of course video games... @LDW: Muscles don't turn into fat, that's physically impossible. What happens is that guys stop lifting weights but keep eating like they are. So fat piles up on top of the muscles. Edited by Wild Lion, Thu Apr 24, 2014 1:40 am.

It's not make you fat butthe mucles fall down I mean it sounds loke loosely. Just like the bodybuilder guy in our gym. He stopped training after all these years. He looks fat now. Even his stomach is fat. |

What's better than photos is tracking the weights you're lifting and the calories you're taking in. Tracking calories is never exact, but you can get a feel for how much you need to eat to reach your goals once you become familiar with exactly how many are in the foods you typically eat. Most people would be surprised. |
