DW7 most of characters has same movest. In DW7 XL everything has fixed. For me DW8 Gameplay is 10 times better than DW7 gameplay. |

I didnt find DW7 to have any replayability at all, with their half stages and no free mode and the conquest mode stages were tedious and boring. |

I felt like the conquest mode stages were tedious because there were so many of them, but they were over really fast They weren't much fun; easy to breeze through but so many of them

I mean yeah, both DW7 and 8 are both terrible games, but imo DW7 is the lesser of the two. I hope they step up their game come DW9 |

i liked replaying the DW8 stories but free mode and ambition mdoe offered nothing SW4 too had nothing to do after story cause ronin mode was boring as heck |

Most extra modes these days in Warriors games are boring and/or tedious. I don't even know why they bother adding those extra modes. I mean no one really likes them. |

I normally go on normal cos i can handle it. My mate insists on using CHAOS mode. And chaos mode doesn't mess around in dw8, it is so fricking brutal!! OMM: Well this sig actually isnt that bad

DW8 at least had branching story modes and let you play as various different characters on each stage, so you could replay the stories and get slightly different experiences each time. The side modes in both games were severely lacking... they had potential from their concepts but they just weren't executed well. DW7's gameplay also definitely needed polishing, which it got in XL and then DW8. |

I vastly prefer Ambition Mode to Conquest Mode. Ambition Mode battles were much larger and not as boring, especially the "duels" and later on the mock battles. The new Ambition Mode stuff added in XL was also rather fun, imo. |

dw7 was just a bad bad game, worthy of its 5/10 by IGN, the conquest mode stages were so ****ing awful, shosei mode was bad in 8 but atleast the stages only lasted 10 seconds if you rushed them, playing stages that range from 5-10 minutes and its the same over and over, no thanks. |

Basara is crap because that abomination of a Katsuie design. DW8 and XL are great I only hope DW9 improves from it. Hopefully with DW6 gorgeous lightning and stage design. |

DW8 probably had the second best designs I've seen in a DW game. As far as designs go: DW5 > DW8 > DW4 > DW7 > DW6 > DW3 > DW2 |

I want to also add that they make them like they did in DW6, with the little hammers and stuff. I actually like that more than the siege weapons just appearing out of nowhere. |

also crusader i love that some of your reasons for dw7 being better was "had great musous" "had great movesets" "dw7 added weapon switch" 1. all the musous were added in 8 and more were added 2. all the movesets are in 8 and more 3.weapon switch is in 8 if you dont like the extra mode in 7 or 8, enjoy the "improved" features that were put in 8 from 7 and think the 8 stories were better than 7, how can you prefer 7?
