I was suprised not to see it there So I voted Others, if something from the list, I would have voted DW4 mainly because I like the Dancing Wizard (Yellow Turban's) track. I liked the DW3 and the DW6 ones too. Wasn't much of a fan of the DW5 one.

I still haven't heard 6 yet though ^^ I can't wait till the release the version of DW6 for PS2. Ive been excited since I heard that. The new tracks for Warriors Orochi were great too. And I like a few SW. I'm working on a cover version of Arena and Yellow Storm from DW3 at the moment.

Lord Nagamasa, you're my hero! Posts: 359 Group: Members Member #2,700 Joined: July 22, 2006	It was either DW4 or Bladestorm. The music in DW4 had some nice Asian elements weaved into it rather than full on rock, which DW5 managed to pull off. Bladestorm had extremely nice music that definitely captured the medieval atmosphere. I'm surprised not many people enjoyed it that much. WO2 and WO had the best music after Bladestorm. The DW6 just didn't do it for me, except for 1 track. The others did not appeal, as with it's Lu Bu theme. My list goes: DW4 Bladestorm WO WO2 DW5 SW2 DW6 and the rest.

Love all its music, such as Lu Bu's theme (it has better music than Lu Bu's theme in DW5), Bloodshed To Repeat, History Will Tell and many more. I actually love many KOEI music but I think DW4 is the best one.

Fu Xi fan Posts: 220 Group: Members Member #2,523 Joined: July 8, 2006	Oh now this was a very tough choice! I hesitated between Dynasty Warriors 5 and Samurai Warriors 2. Back when Dynasty Warriors 5 was the newest warriors game of KOEI, I remember that I've put the whole 2 CDs of DW5 soundtracks in my iPod. I really appreciated the music at the time and each time I listened to it, I was really immersed in the KOEI universe. But the same can be said of Samurai Warriors 2 soundtrack. I did exactly the same thing 2 years after. So this ends up being a "they're both awesome but I have to choose one of them". I ended up choosing Samurai Warriors 2 because I think that I had more favorites in that soundtrack than the Dynasty Warriors 5 one. But then again, this is a close call, I love them both, just had to choose one...
	My first video of Samurai Warriors 2 watch it, comment it and rate it if possible! Thanks!! ^^

I'm normally not into orchestral soundtracks in videogames, but the compositions in ROTK sounded like they could've been lifted directly from an Akira Kurosawa film. Kessen 2 gets an honourable mention simply for the credits song. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hCkQifq-Ytk Out of the Warriors games I'm all about the metal. So DW4, & DW6 for me. The techno joints in Samurai Warriors 2 is also on point. I can't wait to hear what SW 3's ost is going to sound like. I'm hoping to hear more shamisen influenced Yoshida bros. style funk. It was mostly because of this one peice, that Yi Ling became my favorite stage in DW4. That, and Wu and Shu have some of the coolest officers, and seeing them clash was epic! So yeah, DW4 for me.

Anyone here know whether both games' music producers work together in the making of WO music?

There's only several new tracks presented in the series. Although I do like "Samurai Scanners" or whatever it's called, some of the songs are too "techno" and feel kinda outta place. DW3 because I love the ending music, both when they show how much ppl you killed after battles and when you are partying with 'your allies! Koei's blood,sweat, and tears were in those songs. Can't top that.
