It's been a long time since I've posted here yet I have been roaming around every now and then. I did some browsing online to a couple sites that I usually go back to and I found some beautiful cosplay pictures of Sanzang Fashi from Musou Orochi Z. IMO the woman that cosplayed her did an amazing job with the costume and she looks absolutely beautiful on the pictures. I like that she made the long sleeves, but she also played around with the lighter sheer fabric. Mixing it up a little is great while she also played homage to trying to do things completely accurate. |

XD Well cosplay isn't supposed to look BAD either. I'm trying to decide if the fact that the straps holding up her top are nearly invisible because of their material, the photography, digital touchups or a combo. |

Unfortunately no yet I personally would love to learn as to how she or this chinese group does their cosplay costumes because a lot of their work as amazed me to no end.  Before seeing the Sanzang cosplay, I'm still quite impressed with the Nu Wa and Da Ji cosplay and that has been on that site for quite some time. I'm not very technical when it comes to cosplay costumes and I have seen bad ones before, but this group truly puts in the extra effort on their costumes and all of them are gorgeous. |

Wow! In addition to her Sanzang Fashi cosplay, some of the other ones she did are really nice as well. There is a cosplay for every female character from DW and WO, Including the Qiaos, DW6 Zhen Ji, DW6 Diao Chan, Himiko, Da Ji, Nu Wa, DW6 SSX and more! #88 - Awesome Zhen Ji # 161 - Nu Wa # 207 - # 228 - This last pic is worth all the clicking

omg... I didn't even notice that!!  I think there might be a couple different women cosplaying in the many different pictures... but I may be wrong as they do look somewhat similar. I really want to share a few now that I took the time to check out all the amazing work! Nu Wa FTW!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG she is dead on with her face too!! (I'll just make a back-up of this one... LOL!!! j/k DW6 Diao Chan alt color!!!! Yue Ying!!!!! DW5 Sun Shang Xiang!! ...and sporting her DW6 model!! Everyone should click the original link Yushiro provided and cycle through all of the cosplays. There are also pics of the clothing and accessories used. This almost looks professional... |

They're all pretty good. I think the one that's probably the only one I'm not too fond of is the Nu Wa. They made some design choices I don't really like, but I understand, like using solid fabric to make the flair on the top of Nu Wa's long sleeves. Of course, it's a pretty tricky piece to make--but I've seen other people pull it off, so that's a little disappointing. Still--for someone who isn't backing that criticism up with my own cosplay I guess I don't have much right to talk. XD at least she's actually doing it. I got to stop being so lazy/picky. |
