Yeah, I still regularly play the ROTK series, switching from one installment to another. It's easily one of the very best games I ever played, hands down. Aside that, not really.. I had a phase where I started re-playing random warrior games like SW1, SW2 and DW4, that and some Kessen addiction tornado I got into once. But if you ment get new old games( new to me, but old games) then hell yeah, whenever I find a single old KOEI game I find myself buying it straight away. |

No, I don't play my older games anymore. I did in the past with Dynasty Warriors 2 but always end up losing interest very quickly with them afterwards. |

uhh normally i play Dynasty Warriors 5 and 4. thats just about it. I lose interest because of its inferior graphics |

Right you are, GoW  .I deleted my SW data just a while ago (not to worry, I can just use XL if I want to get everything back) and I've already cleared Mitsuhide's story. Right now I'm doing Hanzo's story. It's a pity that KOEI screwed up his story in SW2 since I think it's almost perfect in SW (which is saying a lot since I'm not a big of the character). Ueda Infiltration ftw >_>. I also play DW2 now and then. It's the only DW game where I still haven't maxed out my characters (and that's boring, unfortunetly, due to lack of stages and boring Musou modes). |

I've been replaying SW as well! Mostly because another friend is playing for the first time and I MISS THE CASTLE CRAWLS! And LoW is right. Hanzo got nerfed in SW2. His story was comparative garbage and getting tossed around by Kotaro all the time is pretty pathetic. I love Kotaro but he just destroys the awesome image Hanzo has in SW1. |

I never saw Kotaro as problem. I thought it was more annoying that they took away most of the ninja elements from his story in SW2. Just one assasination mission (in Osaka where he has to compete with Kotaro who gets to Hideyoshi first) and no infiltration or spying missions. Isn't that what ninjas are supposed to do  ? Spy, protect, assasinate and hide in the shadows?Or am I missing something here? I think I am... Samurai Warriors. Guess that means there will be no place for a ninja in future games >_>. |

I play a lot of older KOEI games. I love going back to the early RotK's, especially. IV is still a classic and has aged well. Aside from them, I play the original Nobunaga's Ambition and Lord of Darkness, along with rarer gems like Genghis Khan, Bandit Kings, Rise of the Phoenix, and the Legend Series. Unfortunately, KOEI has stopped making games for a lot of these series. I really wish they'd revisit them someday.

Well... i play any Koei game i feel like, pretty random ones really like the last few Koei games i have played have been Dynasty Warriors 3, Dynasty Warriors 5, Samurai Warriors 1, Samurai Warriors 2, Samurai Warriors 2 Empires and thats only in the past few days, so yes i do find myself playing them but either for completion or the fun of it |

I LOVE DW5 more than any other things. Because of it, I started playing a lot of Playstation2&3 games. The MOST favorite character is Zhao Yun in DW5 XD I'm also playing DW4 a little  |

I definitely play WinBack Covert Operations. The story mode is phenomenal, and the multiplayer modes with bot support is non-stop fun with up to 4 friends! DW2, DW3 and even DW4 and DW5 from time-to-time as well. I enjoyed the Opening Edit combinations (still to this date) in all these titles, and using Fu Xi's moveset evolution from DW3 to DW5 (hoping for a CAW edit weapon in DW6E). I also enjoyed the castle missions in the original SW. Either Hanzo or Kunoichi with "Cofidential" playing in the background. |

I used to have DW4+XL and SW+XL but sold them awhile ago out of necessity, then just recently sold my PS2 along with newer (but still old) titles like SW2. If I still had my PS2 & a little more time+$$$, I would definitely consider re-purchasing DW4+XL and SW+XL. I never completed those games when I had them. Instead, my motivation to complete them occurred well after they were gone

Don't forget to mention some of the boring clone movesets for that game as well. I think I only have Sun Jian maxed out because everything else makes it too boring to continue on as you said. The only enjoyment I got out of this game is the music. |

I used to cycle through all my old Warrios games back when I had a PS2, however I traded my PS2 in a few years ago along with all my games when I got my 360. I'm seriously thinking about purchasing SW and DW4, it's great how 2 of my favourite games in the series work on the 360. |

Me too, sometimes, I come back on DW3, DW4, SWXL, DW5, SW2E, SW2, DW5E, or others old KOEI Games. Because, I did't even finished one lol XD However, the comparaison between KOEI Games is easier to do when go back on old & also play on recent games

i was playing Destiny of an Emperor on the NES some time ago. it was pretty fun. now i know why there were so many people asking for a modern remake on the KOEI forums long ago. i should get back to that game sometime. |
