some people able to get DLC?

some people able to get DLC?; whats going on?

General Posts: 399 Group: Members Member #16,440 Joined: June 29, 2008	well on the gamefaqs board for this game, some people from the UK are randomly coming across DLC available for their game, but others, even other UK residents, are unable to get it, it seems like only a few people have access to it, and they just came across it randomly, it popped up on their noticeboards in the towns... does anyone here know what the hell is goin on with the DLC?

I live in Canada, so I assume that my PSN account is registered to the US PSN, but if I make a new account with my location being somewhere in Europe, will I be able to access the UK PSN?

I've seen you both on here and on Gamefaqs and you can't seem to stop complaining. Look at everyone else, we all want DLC, but we can wait for it. And MasterofMusou is right, DLC has already been confirmed for a US AND UK release.
