He's been in many DW games and you can always rely on him to bring a great performance. I love how he reads the text and I love how his voice sounds when he says the names of the characters. He's great. You guys should get an interview with him for the site. So, any opinions? Please don't tell me I'm the only one who appreciates this guy. (If you don't know who he is, he's the guy who reads the prologues in DW6; he's also done WO1 & 2 and if I remember correctly, some other DW games as well)

He also did the voice of the general guy in Guile's SF4 opening too I honestly don't know why but I have a liking to his voice. Wonder if he does narrating for other games too... If he were a history teacher in school, I would listen to him even if it was a 24 hours non-stop lesson. The funny thing is even if I allready know the story and know what�s happening, he reads it in a way, you just wanna listen to it. It�s just like the guy from Little Big Planet(the one who explains everything) you just can�t skip them. Great job man, you are the best. P.S.: Who is he? I mean now we have a thread for him but call him....him....or this guy. Does anyone know his name?

He's way too good to be underappreciated. Devilsking is right, I can never skip the prologues/epilogues (and whatever else he's done) because he's just so good at narrating the story.

As you saw, you aren't the only one, SnowMan, and I add myself (plus one of my co-players, who isn't a KW member) to the list. DW and Orochi games wouldn't be the same without his narrating voice XD! Really, I was pleasantly surprised when I heard it in Warriors Orochi too (by the way, the Shin Sangokumusou series and Musou Orochi series -I mean the Japanese versions- have different narrators). Now let's hope he'll stay for the next DW and possible WO games as well. supports the suggestion of having an interview with Mr. Narrator

I hardly ever listen to him. Same guy in WO too, yes? He sounds bored out of his mind. I really don't even bother listening to OR reading the pre-battle briefings in DW6 'cause I know all the history by now. Same stuff I've been hearing since DW3. YAWN...

I've loved all the narrators thus far, David Kaye was decent as the narrator and Xiahou Dun in 3. Plus this guy, Lee Everest, actually pronounces all correct. That's a bonus.

I am going to agree with Manji on this one. I guess when you play these games for too long, certain voices just don't appeal to us anymore because I tend to skip through the same pre dialouge stuff myself just to get to the battles.

Seriously I wouldn't worry about it having personality or showing emotions, I don't think that's part of his work. That would be worse in my opinion. We may end up hearing him utter parts with bias. ''The Allied Forces march towards Hu Lao Gate to-FACE THE MIGHTY LU BU!!!'' It wouldn't be like a single tone of voice, but a various.

I hope Lee Everest signs or has signed a lifetime contract with Koei because the games wouldn't be the same without him.

But yeah I agree with the two users, sometimes you can find the prologue boring. And plus why would you listen to the history when you in the other hand have already heard of it?
	My thoughts are pointing to such a violent world.

I don't really know, but from my point of view, I like the SW narrator better, eventhough the voices are nearly the same.

Because the voice actors of Samurai Warriors seem to be outside of the U.S. And plus the voice actors in SW2 are not known in the U.S.
