After further review and some suggestions from the staff/members we have decided to bring back the Shout Box. We are now using a new type of chatting system (Chatango) that is live like a regular Instant Messenger so there is no need to refresh. This doesn't mean that posts won't be monitored because THEY WILL. Any insults, flaming, or offensive language will not be tolerated. When you first access the chat box you will be listed as an anonymous user. You can change your name by clicking "Set Name" on the chat window. If you want you can register with Chatango allowing you to add an avatar, friends, have private one-on-one chats. Just click Set Name>Sign Up and then fill out the form.

I remember the days when there were so few of us in the old one making up stupid quotes with 'spambox' in it all the time. xD
