Cavalry is for your horse, Impulse is for your character, put it that way.

No, Impulse only increases the speed of your characters not your horse. |

well, that wasnt what I was asking, but you answered my question anyways lol, I didnt mean during battle, I meant in general, I was saying that once you choose an ability for your character, are they stuck with it? (not just battle, are they stuck with it PERIOD) thanks anyways

No, the abilities are not stuck with you forever. The abilities you have set are equipped for each battle you enter with your chosen characters. If you change them, the abilities change as well. It's not that hard to figure out once you use change them around, you will know the difference. I hope that answers your question better. |

hmmm... You can use the Yuan Shao + Cao Cao buff combo with the character you want to do a run with any 3 to 5 star hard stage.. though if its a low to mid-low level character, my best bet is a 3 star hard mode stage.. but if you have Fortitude, Potence, and Vitality at lets say at 15 or higher, then life will be easier.. I used Huang Gai at lvl1 with the help of Yuan Shao + Cao Cao buff combo for a 3-star hard run in Sekigahara (yeah one of the more boring levels too) and was able to beat most officers save for Sun Quan... then I also made a run with Orochi (lvl 15) + Yuan Shao and Cao Cao in Hu Lao Gate Hard mode. (Hu Lao Gate is one of the most fun levels ever xD). and the buff combo made life so much easier. |

I've got two questions about the personal items. Zhou Tai: is there a time limit? Xiahou Yuan: which generals are surrounding Zhen Ji? |

For Zhou Tai's personal item : yes, apparently within 7 minutes. For Xiahou Yuan, I don't know yet, sorry ^^'''' Hope someone will answer better than me. |

That was not part of the requirements? She has an allied general(same colour) Tadaoki Hosokawa next to her. And then the phantom Cao Pi(red) attacks her once she moves to NE area. If that's what you mean by generals "surrounding". |

You can use your WU characters for the SW storyline AFTER you've complete their story mode at least once(The "Clear" symbol when you first go into story mode). |

In the past games DW/SW, you may choose a different character for the 2P. But in WO, whichever team(3 characters) you pick for 1P will be exactly the same for 2P(except they'll be in their alternate costumes, or the other way around). |

I have nearly completed the game. All I am doing at the moment is getting everyones personal item. I was wondering if anyone knows if Zou Ci ever talks to orochi. I played Zuo Ci in Shu story mode and last stage and when I went in the end he said nothing to Orochi.

It works in the same way in WO. If you save during the battle, just choose "Continue" from the main title.
Zuo Ci doesn't have any dialogues, unfortunetly. Although he helps Shu on a few occassions, he never joins them or to any other force. Same goes for Da Ji and Orochi. |

In addition to this, if the Continue option does not appear for some reason, you can just go to Options and Load Game

I've used him in all four Koshi Castles and he has never said anything to Orochi. He's one of those unfortunate characters who don't have a dialog with him. |

Is it just me or whenever I use Sakon's R1 attack (the cannon balls one), the cannon balls doesn't appear and also when I use Kanetsugu's R1, it also doesn't appear. I wonder what could be the problem? Or maybe it's really just me?

I think it's just a bug in the game, in 2P mode in particular those moves hardly ever work. <_< |
