It offers a break from playing through the stories I enjoy them as well, my only little problem with them, the stages are pretty much regurgitations of previous stages that can get boring to play after you had played them so many times. >.< I wish to see new and fresh stages in future DLC.

I thought wrong on that part. Then again, I didn't use staff when I played Regular Bi Xie the first time, or subsequent times until just a bit ago. I just hope it works as well on the "most recent Bi Xie" that was added as part of the latest JP DLC. I think this DLC is pretty cool so far, despite it being rather easy. It offers a break from playing through the stories I'm just anxious to see what kind of exclusives or rare items they'll include in future DLC I know there's that Pink Panda Dun that happened in one of the Japanese DLC packs. Pink Panda Dun is pretty much like Xiahou Dun, but in Pink Panda form.

I asked Ranger Ryu over there at the Koei Forums, and he said something along those lines as well. I then replied that that's interesting, since I too thought it would be made available next week. In relation to the first pack that was released earlier this month, it would seem that they may not go for the "month" release after all.

Anyways, I'll be looking forward to the DLC myself. I won't be surpised if they don't show up until later tonight after 9pm like the first pack did.

I didn't think it meant items, literally, I wasn't expecting healing items, but rare materials. But the trick won't work on me again. It's the difficulty of the stage which determines what kind of materials you are able to find. I'm looking forward to Wei Arena. 5-star missions always have lvl 5 rare materials. Did you check under the Downloadable games --> PSP Add-Ons --> Strikeforce Add-Ons? because that's where it should be. If the UK setup isn't the similar to mine, then just browse under all the New Releases until it you see an icon of Lu Bu on it which is the DLC for pack 2.

I was able to download it while sitting at my desk at work, hours before I did the last one. As far as content, I agree with the previous posters. Nothing to really get excited about. Wei Arena was pretty fun. Ling Tong had little trouble wiping them out I also got one of those rare drops from that stage. I think it was Phoenix Soul, perhaps a Dragon Soul on another occasion wasn't paying close enough attention (sorry LoW )

The Materials seem to be either rather pants, or really good. Hope they do Arena challenges for the other kingdoms, because there seems to be alot of Wei bashing with Multi Attack!, Ice Bia Xie, Bo Wan Po and this.

I just got Earth Gift from him as well, and Warrior Soul from Xiahou Dun I'm sure LoW could use the help in finding these, but I can't remember to write them down I like the amount of materials you get from Wei Arena, but it takes too long compared to Ice Bi Xie since you have to wait for the officers to spawn I can finish 2-3 Ice Bi Xie runs in the same amount of time And yes, the DLC has been pretty Wei-specific. I'm looking forward to some Shu bashing myself especially if posterboy is included

Though I'm always being attacked by three people, trying to level up Taishi Ci's spear, and spears not exactly great against the fellows from Wei. But I did get some new rare items. From Xiahou Yuan I got an Ancient Leaf (isn't that the un-rare drop you get from Cao Pi in Ice Bia Xie mission?), and Dragon Soul (y) from Sima Yi.

Though I'm always being attacked by three people, trying to level up Taishi Ci's spear, and spears not exactly great against the fellows from Wei. Huh, I use Ling Tong with a spear for his sub and it works great for Xiahou Yuan, Sima Yi & Cao Pi whereas his Sanjiegun works great on Cao Ren, Xu Zhu, Dian Wei & Cao Cao. I thought Taishi Ci is the same weapon class ... Though, if you're trying to solo spear, then I can see why it would be harder

I just noticed that the Yellow Turban Fortress X mission pays the same amount as the death beasts. Does that mean two and a half star Yellow Turbans pose as much threat as the kingdom guardians?
