need help in dynasty warrior 5 special (PC); cant understand the writings

I only got the english voice patch, really helps during gameplay, such as when your leader is attacked by enemy. however, I can understand the weapon attribute and others. I managed to figure out some but it's not enough. can anyone help me? really like the game, but with this problem, I dun know how to progress.

So it's kind of impossible to progress when you can't read the language. Maybe try comparing the game screens with the PS2 version? Not many people have this game outside of Japan so you probably won't get much help here.

Not many people have this game outside of Japan so you probably won't get much help here. comparing maybe good, but it only applies to the menu, or something that is comparable. you can't compare the weapon's attributes or the bodyguards status. you can't even read the history during battle. (luckily, the voice change help me in battle ---> a little)...

just an ordinary passer-by.... Posts: 212 Group: Members Member #19,838 Joined: December 4, 2008	i got mine in chinese..with japanese voice-overs i couldnt change the language selection to english for some reason..the game would crash and return to my desktop. but hey, good thing i understand chinese
