Green and orange are not very common colors and they are hard to pull off. I don't think the model's makeup was even that good in those shots. Red is a sexy color and draws attention to the lips. Purple is more of a subtle color and brings more focus to the eyes, lips, and skin tone. That's all I have to say. It may not mean much to you since I'm a guy, but whatever

I think purple eye shadow looks best with brown/green eyes. Green eye shadow would look better with blue. Simple eye liner is hard to screw up, haha. When it comes to using mascara, here's a personal tip (in case you don't know): ONLY coat your top lashes. Coating the bottom lashes always looks too much (almost trashy, no offense). The same rule goes for eye liner... never line JUST your button eye lid. If you want to line the bottom, line the top too. Otherwise it looks like bags under your eyes and can actually make your eyes look smaller. Lining just the top looks fine (like in the photo). Hope that may help you a bit and good luck...
