Posts: 3,650 Group: Members Member #4,250 Joined: November 19, 2006	I am playing between Zhuge Liang and Sun Quan right now on my Wu file. I am just leveling Zhuge Liang since I don't have any of my Shu officers maxed out. I have 3 Wu officers and 1 Wei officer maxed out plus Zhuge is my favorite from Shu along with Liu Bei. With Quan already being maxed out, I am using him to complete all the 5 star stages for Wei and Wu at the moment so I can unlock the Wei duels and complete them.

The illest shorty Posts: 586 Group: Members Member #10,409 Joined: October 17, 2007	I'm playing Cao Ren because it was only natural for me to start with my favorite tank. I'm quite happy with his Strikeforce gameplay. The generic pike move set is fun and useful, and he has good aptitude in bows and staves (my preferred sub-weapons thus far). His stat growth is great as well - balanced with lower move (not like I care - that's what spamming the dash button is for) and an emphasis on defense. He eventually maxes attack, defense, and fury, with reportedly good life and resistance. He was effective to play from the get go, and he's doing well in chapter 5 at level 38 or so. And, of course, his fury form just rocks the house. I switch to other characters now and then to mess around (and supposedly improve my chances of getting new officer cards). I tried out Zhen Ji, who was fun. I plan to give Zhang He a shot as well because this is my first chance to try his new claws.

Sima Yi is good and all, but I pack way to few damage to kill it. Plus, Lu Bu keeps sealing me off, while birdbrain keeps flying away.

Leveling up his Staff proficiency has been a bit difficult since he seems to be better with bows (I don't care much for bows, for some reason ) I'm second-guessing my choice though as I'm sure Liu Bei would have been more fun to play as

I've just given him Cao Cao's sword which has some pretty cool aerial attacks. And when timed right his thunderbolt can be helpful. I don't know if I'll get him to level 50 or decide to use another person.

Pang Shiyuan's disciple Posts: 248 Group: Members Member #14,903 Joined: April 20, 2008 Gender Male	Pang Tong, of course. Shiyuan's always been my fav DW and historical char. His Cane moveset is great for longrange and close-range fighting, and IMO 1 of the better jugglers. Statwise, Pang's got excellent def and resistance, with fury not far behind. However, tech weps are not really powerful, but they work great with staffs and pikes. Problem is that they're Pang' lowest stats. But I worked on it (800 staff atm) Other chars: lvl 30 Lu Xun and Cao Ren, lvl 20 Huang Zhong and lvl 12 Zhou Tai
	The name's Pang Tong. I do what it takes to get the job done. Nothing more DW Strikeforce/ Pang Tong duel

Sergeant Posts: 15 Group: Members Member #22,246 Joined: June 1, 2009 Gender Male	Started with Cao Pi Maxed the stuff in my Sig Currently playing Diao Chan. Because I'm trying to max out everything on my "other" force list. But my favourite moveset HAS to be Cross Pikes. Seriously, that crazy thing packs a motherload of a punch, has Seal (Dark element), and dishes 400 attack power along with 20 crit rate. Add that with an Adept Orb++, that thing is nuts I tell you <__> But strategy-wise, my favourite combo would have to be Bow + Longsword. While bow maintains my favourite strategy to hit and run (and my best skills are in bow too), the Longsword packs way more of a punch in Fury mode, and just owns for its shockwaves.
	Maxed: Level 50 Cao Pi (Bow Maxed, currently maxing Tech) Level 50 Lu Bu (Bow Maxed, currently maxing Staff) Level 50 Zhang Jiao (Staff Maxed, currently maxing Bow) Level 50 Dong Zhou (Bow Maxed, currently maxing Pike) In Progress: Level 42 Diao Chan (sub Bow) For Random Friends: Level 40 Sun Shang Xiang (sub Twin Swords) Level 30 Zhen Ji (sub Bow) Level 20 Yue Ying (Sub Sword) Level 10 Xiao Qiao (Sub Bow)

I find his charge attacks in this game to be very useful and fun to play with. I doubt I'll have him maxed out by the end of the week but seeing how I won't have Empires for awhile then maybe I will have him done by Saturday.

Actively Retired Posts: 4,124 Group: Members Member #7,393 Joined: May 17, 2007 Gender Male	Well, now that Zhao Yun is done and I've completed all Shu 5-star missions, I decided to move to Wei using Cao Ren This time, I'm going to try using the bow and get familiar with it, despite the fact that I don't like it as much as other subs The desire to complete the Legends for my last kingdom (Wei) weighed more than using Liu Bei's awesome moveset

My first character to use was Cao Ren and after him it was Taishi Ci, got them to 50. After them it was Xu Hunag, I got him to 21, then found Xiahou Dun who is now at 43.

Actively Retired Posts: 4,124 Group: Members Member #7,393 Joined: May 17, 2007 Gender Male	Well, since my last post: - I finished with Cao Ren, maxed him out at level 50 - I used Liu Bei, maxed him out (very fun moveset, I must say ) I'm currently playing as Bovine Urine (Cao Pi) since I needed another Wei character to even things up, and he is the only unique officer card I am missing I kept his Tech sub-weapon for laughs Plus, I was getting bored of the bow and it'll be on most others as a sub, so yea Next, I'll probably move onto another Wu character

And guess what, somehow EVERYTHING was deleted, I dont know how, just everything, all that hard freakin work for nothing, all of it was over a span of a couple months. And now its gone
	"You think Tadakatsu would actually lose to Lu Bu? Read a book and you will know who win!"

青龙 Posts: 1,712 Group: Moderators Member #6,080 Joined: March 15, 2007	Well, currently playing many characters on 2 files (Shu & Wu) XD Actually, I'm playing on the Wu file : Diao Chan (lvl 15) [because I'm happy to have unlocked her & her whip moveset are great ], Liu Bei (lvl15) [so funny & super moveset with his twin swords] & Sun Shang Xiang (lvl 50) [her bow moveset isn't bad even if it seems a bit weak >.< but sure at least you can shoot your enemies ^^] Have fun playing Strikeforce everyone

After him, then I'll use Wei Yan for Shu & Xu Zhu for Wei. After that, who knows ... I might use some more generic clones like the pike users or switch for some of the ladies. I want to save some unique movesets for last, otherwise I might get bored

I only went up two levels since I last used him. He will most likely NOT be maxed out at all at the rate I am going and that goes for the rest of the characters I haven't even bother to touch.
