Mostly mucking around with Cao Ren in free mode, trying to construct my own story mode for him. Also restarting Zhang Liao's story on Chaos only beat Guan Du so far. I'm still just trying to get rid of some of the generic movesets before I play as the uniques. I guess I got a bit burned out of the same movesets last time (cudgels). I try to switch the alternate weapons though so that I don't have the same combination twice in a row. It helps make it less repetitive & sometimes more challenging.

KOEI Warriors Faction Founder & KOEI Game Promoter Posts: 847 Group: Members Member #10,622 Joined: October 26, 2007	I've gone through maxing out about 6 Characters including their Ultimate Weapons now. i recently Finished Yue Ying i'm now on Sima Yi as i'm going in a Shu, Wei, Wu, Other Pattern until everyone is maxed out. I've got Sima Yi up to level 25 from Level 14 so far but it shouldn't be longer until i get him in the late 30's by the end of the day since my PSP is on charge for the time being These are who i've maxed Out with Ultimate Weapons So Far Shu: Zhao Yun Yue Ying Wu: Taishi Ci Xiao Qiao Wei: Xiahou Dun Other: Diao Chan Now that i have the highest Bounty and Bravery orbs available Maxing out the rest of the Characters shouldn't take as long as some of these did Edited by SJFaith, Oct 19 2009, 04:15 PM.

These two are identical in pretty much every way except Xu Huang has Wood as a pre-set weapon attribute for his Pike, while Lu Meng has Earth. They even have the same inherent ability (Swift Rush)

Posts: 1,404 Group: Members Member #3,839 Joined: October 18, 2006 Gender Male	I'm just using Taishi Ci at the moment, trying to get the majority (if not all) of his weapon experience to 1000. Done it with Staff (as seen as thats his default weapon type, not much of a choice with that being 1000 or not), Bow, and very almost spear (985 ), but I'm using Pike set for the time being. Taishi Ci's 2nd costume with the White Dragon Ji (Skill type) looks rather cool.

On my Shu save, I am using several characters to level them up, predominantly, Yue Ying, then maybe onto Wei Yan. On my Wu save, I have Xiao Qiao, Ling Tong and several others being played at the moment, to complete the Wu Level Up operation.

Just use his Staff with someone like Zhao Yun who caps out at 500 for Attack and make sure his Staff proficiency is 1000 (like Zhou Yu) and you'll see a difference. I just finished with Lu Meng BTW, and now I'm using Guan Ping since I forgot about him when thinking of Pike users

KOEI Warriors Faction Founder & KOEI Game Promoter Posts: 847 Group: Members Member #10,622 Joined: October 26, 2007	It's ok Mr.Honda i've finally finished him now i'm on Guan Yu and i've tried Zhou Yu's weapon on him and it's seems to work better i guess poor Zhou Yu has to be one of the weakest characters in this. If it wasn't for Cao Cao's Sword i'd still be on him but i've already gotten Guan Yu from Lv 11 to Lv 19 in the past hour which to me is pretty good I'm going to try and get him as close to Lv 50 as possible before saturday as my attention will be turned to the Console version that day EDIT: i just reallised were both using Guan Famly Characters now Edited by SJFaith, Nov 17 2009, 03:22 PM.
