Didn't any of the other "Special" versions of the game for the other systems make it out of Japan? It would be way too soon to say that it won't make it out of Japan as it's not really "official" at the moment. It may not make it out of Japan, but there's still a chance that it will.

Considering the Western sales for SF, I doubt they will release it over here. However, I kind of see how it might work with the new downloadable game content for the PSPGO. It seems like it would be a great idea for a launch title for that new portable since the first DW game that got released when the PSP came out did very well.

I've given up hope in seeing those story modes and decloning in the Playstation Network. As for this game, I'm not even going to hold my breath. If it's just another port, then it's not worth my money. At least Strikeforce, as ridiculously unpolished and cheap as it is, was something different. Now, if they add MORE decloned characters and stories, I'll get over my initial anger about how USELESS the 360/PS3 version truly is... IF they do the 'right' characters. Yeah, it might be the same game as the PS2 version (more or less) but it's on PSP this time and there haven't been a DW6 game on the system before. What about DW Strikeforce you may ask? It shouldn't be counted as a DW6 game as only character models were used. Isn't it due to release on September 3rd? So hopefully we could get the English version no later than Christmas holiday season!

Even if he doesn't get a story, at least he's in the game. Well, I know that I'm getting this game. I don't have PS3, X360 and my laptop can't run latest PC games and DW6:S was never released in PAL area. So if I have finally have a chance to get my hands on DW6 (hooray for PSP being region-code free), I'm not going to miss an opportunity like that >_>.

No idea whether it'll see the light of day in Europe or the US, though. DW6 PS2 and WOZ both never made it over here in EU. WO2 PSP interests me more right now.

As much as I would like to whack people senseless with a giant mushroom, Meng Huo and this PSP port just won't be filling up my UMD case (or memory stick) Strikeforce & WO2 are good enough for me

For me, who doesn't even own a console gaming system, this would be the first direct DW6 port that I would have seen or played (if it comes to the international markets). I love my Strikeforce game but I would also love to play this, because I have only seen gameplay videos of Dynasty Warriors 6 for the other console systems.
