Hey warriors, I'm having lots of problems with the Orochi 2 quests, namely Orochi, Kiyomori and Da Ji b*tch. How the hell do you beat these guys? What's the best weapons against them? Tech? Longsword and Flail does good distant damages, but i still fail. How did you do it? thanks for sharing, kaYe |

Well having plenty of meatbuns help a lot [that includes the + and ++ meatbuns]. Also having the invert + chi equipped is really handy because you don't take damage at all [well you take damage from your musou bar instead, meaning it'll decrease a lot quicker, just have elixirs on hand incase you take too many hits]. Playing as Zhao Yun i keep using the air charge attack [the one were he somersaults upwards with spear] and then normal air attack, and then maybe combo-ing it with R+triangle or the movement one, then using the downward air charge attack. I use the spear and a staff[but i just use the spear, having staff as backup for the long range special attack] That's what i did for those missions, mind you it was still difficult, because they did lots of damage [especially Da Ji with her clones...  ]. Hope this helps

Zhou Yu's Staff has the elemental ball attack (Hold L, R+T) that can be safely used from a distance. In addition, the special move for that weapon (Hold L, D, R + T) produces a wave-type attack that breaks guard (I can't remember if it works on Orochi & Kiyomori in hyper mode or not) As far as best weapons, Staff/Flail/Sanjiegun works best for Orochi & Kiyomori, while the spear handles Da Ji (IIRC). Keep in mind, this is only what I used. Don't forget that Kiyomori regenerates health unless you destroy the statues nearby. Either way, these quests are difficult until you reach a certain level. I cleared Orochi's ambition with a level 15 Ling Tong, but I wouldn't recommend it. 20 & above should be pretty easy. |
