I use to be a webmaster to the main site back in 2007 and use to be administrator to this forum a while ago. We created KW:C back in 2007 to house the "Conquer" games, which are roleplay/strategy forum based games created by myself, and a few other dedicated KW members (ie, Divine Justice, Hondam[Krat.. or whateever he goes by now], Miho, Bain_Nick, Guan Yu's Apprentice and others). Now what I'm here to announce today is Dynasty Warriors Conquer China: Re-Written, some of you may have noticed the announcements on the main site, however we are looking for more members that may be interested in joining in on the fun. Right now, the sign-ups for the game have just been opened, you can play as a pre-stated character (shown in the sign up topic) or create your own character. Dynasty Warriors Conquer China: Re-Written is a strategy/roleplay forum based game set during the Three Kingdoms period. You play the game by choosing your character, and roleplaying them as you were actually them (or however you like), you get put up in kingdoms and try to dominate China the way you want to. You can be officers, or Rulers (only experienced players for rulers), or you can create your own character and be a "wanderor", wandering the land, seeking work from numerous warlords over the country, and eventually takeing over a territory to call as your own kingdom if you so wish. There is more explanations on the KW:C site, so if you are interested, head over there. I'll be sticking around here, so if you have any questions regarding it (be it something simple, or more complicated questsions) I will be more then happy to answer them for you. Anwyay, here are some links to help you guys out. Register at KW:C - if you register, you will be able to join in with fellow KW gamers, join in discussions, and play many of the games we have over there. Sign up for DWCC:RW - You need to be a member of KW:C to sign up for the game, but when you do, that is the place to sign up! DWCC:RW discussion - Here is the topic where the game is discussed, you can find all sorts of information there regarding it. Official KW:C Blog - Here you will find all sorts of information regarding the games offered at KW:C, as well as other posts about site updates, and new things happening. Anyway, I'll leave it at that. I hope to see some of you guys over there enjoying the fun on the games we offer, and improve them from any suggestions you may have as well. Im never going back, there was just too much there I want to leave behind. Too much yelling, headaches, time consumption and most importantly modding issues. Oh oh, I just check it out, we had 13 land, and Jing had 12. I like to give a shout out to everyone in Shu, we all contribute a lot. THe final battle wasnt anyone fault, remember, in the real three kingdom era, we may rival Wu in history. We have good amount of territories, and we may not excel in attacking Jing, but we did defend our land well. Jing might have been the Wei, and Wu in compent generals. It was nice working by Wu, AC, Cindy, some of the people in Jing. Good times, without bitching. I guess only NPC lands are worth taking. I think Shu has destroyed kingdoms, like Nanman and Liang; who knew Jing was going to become so good. Shout out to the Liu brothers, Liu Biao and Liu Bei along with the southerns of Wu. Even if you are in a battle you only need to state what you're doing and that's it. They won't move on without you if everything isnt clear. There's no yelling if you tell mods exactly your side of the story. Some people just feel the need to dramatize tiny issues. In short- you should play again.

It has been open for about 2-3 month's now, but the recent beginning of school for everyone has left some spaces available for people to join. It's a unique community as you'll see when you sign-up. Everyone is helpful, and will respond to question's on how the game runs, such as myself and a few others there. Here is as quick glance at what features are in the game can be seen here *Features!* The sign up can be found here Sign Ups! As well, there are other things. But honestly, we are not asking for people to waste their entire time over there. We need dedicated member's who will stay decently active, and most importantly those that actually contribute. -Regent

I know you guys are struggling with the activity over there and getting people to stay. There is only so much one person can do. I think one of the problems with getting people to join is basically attracting and getting them to become interested in the games. My suggestion would to get a "mainsite" up explaining the details of the games and showing the different features and stuff. Just something that will attract people to the forums. You could probably do it like the Kessen Heaven site. Anyways, if you guys need any help with announcing things on the KW mainsite and such let me know.

Posts: 2,237 Group: Members Member #1,706 Joined: April 26, 2006	Part of the reason they were a semi success is because people would come come here for whatever reason (SW talk/basara news/rtk tips/download leeching) and they might see the games and decide "hey thats cool maybe I'll try". Now that its tucked on a different site, its almost like people have to go out of their way to find it, and just advertising "oh hey theres also this forum plz check it out" doesn't work, as the 2 years of near inactivity have shown.
