I recently got some new ones  These are the things that came out from my mouth when I encounter them in battle. Cao Pi - (Evil) Prince Charming. His design is so white and he looks so 'soft' but yet his attitude is quite the opposite. Zhao Yun - Along / Ah Long. LOL, from his style name, and Ah Long is the crime loan provider here in M'sia  Kami bukan Ah Long, kami cuma nak tolong ROFL.Pang Tong - Wabbit. His white and furry appearance makes me giggle and wants to glomp him XD Ma Chao - "Awwawawawawaawoooooooo " K. Meng Huo - WTHWTHWTH. He scared me ;( Lu Bu - Roach. Be careful. Sima Yi - "Nice hair". I dunno why I said that each time I saw him  Lu Xun - Kid. Naughty kid. =D |

...Maybe because he really has nice hair ^^? I was happy we could finally see Sima Yi's (and other characters' *cough*Ma Chao*cough*) hair in DW6. By the way, as I already said in another thread a lot of time ago, I think of Sima Yi as a tidy "person" with a natural elegance, that's why his neat hairstyle without flashy hair accessories fits him. |

Hmm... I had several (some of which are probably cliché), but I'll divide 'em up by Kingdom. Oh, and some of these are in random languages, but the translations fit the characters. That said, I'll start with Wei. Wei Xiahou Dun - One-Eyed Doom. Well, he's got one eye, and he was so cool, and scream "doom", so yeah. Nowadays, I call him Xiahou Doom. Works fer me.  Zhang Liao - Marvel Super Hero. Seriously, this guy was (and still is, IMO) totally awesome. Sima Yi - Seema Weak. At first, I thought that this guy was a weak, obsessed-with-Zhuge Liang loser. I don't anymore, though. Zhang He - Not Vega, believe it or not. Nope, it's Kirei-musha, or Pretty Warrior. I think this one's pretty self-explanatory (looks at sig).  Zhen Ji - Chanson des Larmes. I forget how to pronounce it, but IIRC, it means something like "song of tears". She looked like she could speak fluent French, and she played a flute that spewed killer bubbles of death. |

i think my first DW was 4, and i could never pronounce them correctly. i think my misinterpretations may have counted as nicknames. because i sometimes still use them. Even the mistakes Koei themselves use. like Cow Cow and Tsao Tsao. ...and i still call him Cow Cow. Me and my friends, once upon a time. made a movie actor kinda list of who in our classroom would be which Koei characters. we usually refer to them as our classmates names. |
