Is That All You Got? Posts: 2,672 Group: Junior Moderators Member #8,262 Joined: July 2, 2007 Gender Male	As title suggests, what do you think of the idea of Samurai Warriors 2 on PS3? I mean the xbox360 fans got to play all the SW2 titles with better graphic! Koei should give Playstation fans some taste of improved graphic SW2 too! And what's better than putting all three SW2 games (original, Empires and XL) on a single Bluray disc. They just did that recently with WO series (MOZ, sadly it stays in Japan only!). Throw in a couple of new characters (or just bring back Kunoichi and Ishikawa Goemon), some trophies, improved graphic and more enemies on screen, I think Koei could make some profit easily! And I would be one happy fan!

Besides, I believe KOEI has already set sail past Samurai Warriors 2 and have released all the ports they have wanted to. Their attentions should be directed towards Samurai Warriors 3 now and not a game that was released three years ago. Even if by some chance they do decide to release it, I can see it sharing the same fate as MOZ.

A lot Japanese companies do this and Koei seems to follow the trend (with MOZ). IMO, Samurai Warriors is a popular series than WO so who knows, maybe Sony will let the game out of Japan if Koei does make the game! Of course this just a fun idea, I don't really expect the game to come out! If only Koei announces SW3 isn't Wii exclusive already, I would forget about SW2 (which IMO is the best Warriors game) easier!

Sure they were enhanced for MOZ, but they didnt change any of what was from the original PS2 designs. Hmm, perhaps thats why they are making SW3 only for Wii, cause they cant design good graphics that people would be expecting on the other consoles lol, just kidding. WO2 was a fairly new release when they made MOZ. SW2 is over and done with. While of cource I would buy it cause I dont even have sw2xl anymore(and cause im a sucker), its just not plausible for them to come out with something like that now. It might of had a shot about a year ago. And like Astus said, the game would most likely stay in Japan. I think right now that they are focusing more on SW3. And while thats just one project thats for the Wii. I would assume they are working on other things aswell, like perhaps a XL for DW6 or already making other versions of SW3 to be released after it comes out on the Wii.
