IMO Spring and Rush should be learnable

IMO Spring and Rush should be learnable; And not equippable

I'm stingy when it comes to my items I'd rather clunk around for awhile than to waste a 400G Zen Elixir++

Besides it would be more interesting to level up if they had "learnable" skills.

Anything to save an additional Chi slot
