Okay, I found this picture of comparing the Samurai characters. http://yaranaiko.net/post/view/229065 There's SW, there's SB. Just that... what series are the rest from? I think the third is from a Sengoku pachinko game and the fourth is the one Seraphil described as the oh-so-horrible Sengoku Hime. And the rest? |

That's cool. IMO, Koei's designs are better especially SW2 Nobunaga and SW2 Yukimura.  I don't know, they just look better and less anime-ish.

The fifth is the videogame Sengoku Rance. The sixth should be another RPG, Tenkabito. I hope it's helpful. |
