Unlocking Diao Chan; and the five star Battle of Hu Lao Gate

Eternity is a ridiculous and impossible notion. Posts: 36 Group: Members Member #23,039 Joined: August 4, 2009 Gender Male	I hate to create a new topic for this little question, but I did not want to post somewhere inappropriate. I am trying to unlock Diao Chan, you see, and have nearly made it through Chapter 5 (I still have those wretched and impossible giant animal levels to conquer), but am not sure whether I will need to complete Chapter 6 in order to unlock her or not. I know that she becomes playable after one finishes the five star version of the Battle of Hu Lao Gate, but I do not know if that will become available without completing Chapter 6. Ultimately, my inquiry is, if I complete Chapter 5 and the five star versions of the all the Chapter 1 levels, will the following Chapter 2 levels be unlocked afterwards without having to complete Chapter 6? I would not ask, except that the Chapter 6 levels are so excruciating to go through and I do not want to do more than I have to, since my main goal is to unlock Diao Chan as quickly as possible. You were correct, you do not have to clear Chapter 6 in order to unlock Diao Chan. I suppose this thread can now serve as a guide on how to unlock her: To Unlock Diao Chan in Dynasty Warriors: Strikeforce, complete Chapters 1-5, and when you reach Chapter 6, check the notice board for the Five Star Chapter 1 missions. Complete these missions to unlock the Five Star Chapter 2 missions; conquor the Five Star version of the Battle of Hu Lao Gate in order to unlock Diao Chan on your save file. Hope that is useful to someone in the future.
