[size=1]Wow, I'm not the only person who thought he looked Visual Kei. XD I really love his moves as well, and his weapon is a nice change from the conventional swords, spears etc. My favourite thing to do as him is to use his as part of a musou chain in Warriors Orochi, because it's easy to keep hitting them with it, it does crippling damage. :D[/size] |

MY FAVORITE CHARACTER!  Out of all the characters he reminds me most of myself (when I'm not hyper). And his moveset is awesome. Kind of hard to use at first but now I'm used to it and love it.  Plus I love this quote: "History, can you hear the cries of those that have no voices." Maybe I should put that in my member title.

Motochika was the first character I used in SW2: XL. His character design is one of the reasons why I love him. His moveset is interesting but can be very enjoyable to use once you get the hang of it. I actually took more of a liking to him in WO2 especially after I heard his voice. I prefer that one over his original SW2: XL deep voice for some reason but no matter what he is my favorites from the Samurai Warriors series. |

One of my favorite characters! His weapon is awesome , a shimasen i think thats what its called, its also affective because it has range with the soundwaves. He also looks great too, the way he dresses looks like a star. |

Motochika is an amazing looking character His hair is just so awesome and his ripped trousers are so badass. And now since I've played him, I really like his moveset and his voice is awesome. He's gotta be one of my favourite characters now.

Motochika is deffinatly a good character. Brill Musou, great Story, great look On the other other hand, his first few attacks are pretty, making it pretty hard to hit enemies, and his personality is a bit annoying |

Ah... Motochika. I loved him!!! I got XL for that exact reason. I just thought he was the coolest. It was probably the blue hair. It's a shame he wasn't in the original SW2 game because then he would have been in Empires. That would have been fun. Taking over Japan with a shamisen in hand. |

As much as I love him, it's taken me ages to mesh with his moveset. Some characters I can get into a natural rhythm with them, not with him, which made me sad because the moment I saw him I was flailing about going, "Ohhhhh I bet I'll love him!" And I do.  His entire attitude of, "You WILL remember me" strikes a chord with me. Definitely an attitude I carry around a lot.

I love how he looks in SW2! And his shamisen is good when you learn how to control it. It always amazes me how Koei can create such diverse characters... |

He looks like Miyavi, and because of that he wins. Yes, Motochika is my favorite character. His design is incredible, his moves are different, and I love the idea of a shamisen as a weapon. |

Sometimes I like Motochika, but sometimes I don't....How he walks, and how he attacks...Sometimes his attacks not too powerful, and sometimes slow...But I liked to play him because actually it's kinda unique that his weapon is a shamisen... Above all, I liked his musou....But I don't like his clothes (Especially his pants, actually), and I don't like his voice in English version...

LOL he has the best voice in the game for the english language version. Up there with Nobunaga for sure. It's smooth, calming, and generally badass. Sure, I'm biased with my SN, but everything he fights for is amazing, he doesn't want to be swallowed up my the pages of History. First, mods you can move or delete this if you don't want threads on every character, but Motochika left such an amazing imprint upon me and others I'm sure, that he deserves a hope thread. Is it confirmed he's not in SW3? Any chance he sneaks in? I thought he was pretty popular? Not sure how Yoshimoto's ugliness would get in over Motochika. Sure, I'm biased with my SN, but everything he fights for is amazing, he doesn't want to be swallowed up my the pages of History, has an amazing character design and the best voice in SW2(XL) IMO up there with Nobunaga. Also, he's not the strongest, but he fights in style, and have many devoted followers. He BETTER be in SW3! |

Well they certainly are leaving Motochika to the very last! Hopefully they fix his C3 god it annoys me how he constantly doesn't connect with it! Besides that he's fine, maybe give him a few armour paddings, but overall I like his look, and his story. But some more meaningful character interactions are a must, with the likes of Ieyasu, Hideyoshi and definitely Motonari if he is in. |
