HATE: Ru Nan (its a B**** to take siege on it), Nanman southern cities (why do these cities have to be so FRIGGIN FAR!), and any Provinces in Wu. (Forces a naval battle where options of tactics and strategy are limited.)

Other cities i like: Shou Chun, Xia Pi, Shang Yong and Yun Nan Hate: Chang Sha: no matter what i do and no matter how few troops there are to defend it, i always lose most of my force and have to send reinforcements. Other Cities: Xin Ye (lies close to 2 major cities and 2 other hard to take cities), Jian Ning, An Ding and Wu Wei (too far)
	The name's Pang Tong. I do what it takes to get the job done. Nothing more DW Strikeforce/ Pang Tong duel

Ha-ha, so true! I know how you feel there. It get's annoying over time. In all games my favorite city has always been Chang An. Amazing area to fight in ROTKX. Han Zhong is good to defend in. Mostly liked it because of VIII. Lastly for XI Chen Liu. Early scenario fights here are the best! These make my top. Hate Luo Yang... Taking it over can be a serious pain. Most of Wu's area. I dislike going into naval battles. Excluding Chang Sha. The true pain here is naught the sea, but the long forest. >:(

Exactly! How could I miss this? I've lost over 50,000 troops because of that. Point 1. I place full troops here. Point 2. Have some douche from Pu Yang destroy the ports defense. (Yes I'm looking over at you Pan Feng.) Point 3. Send more troops. Point 4. Keep sending more troops. Repeat all of the above. If not the most annoying area to fight in XI, it definitely deserves a mention. I wouldn't notice what was going on here most of the time. Mainly because the enemies would get the job done quickly. It's actually pretty funny. They fight it out one unit at a time and never finish. They all just end up retreating... Lack of supply -> Over. Some of the worst areas usually don't envolve fighting near a city. :K

Chang An is amazing for fighting, (As I mentioned.) but when the fighting get's taken to the narrow pass(s) it's ridiculous... Two units fighting it out until you're able to breech through. Fight's from Han Zhong to Zi Tong is basically the same thing too. The routes all lead in a long maze of losing troops followed up by supplies. Pretty annoying trying to get by in those cases.

So anyway, here's a reeeeeaaaaaaallllllyyyyy annoying area for Cavalry users, the swampy area between Shou Chun and Lu Jiang(sp?). Too swampy for my cavalry.

For some odd reason, they end up being the strongest. (Alongside Yuan Shao.). Also here are some nice units: Lu Bu - Li Ru ; Cavalry Zhang Liao ; Spears, Cavalry Hua Xiong - Xun You ; Cavalry BEASTIN UNITS. Try to get Xu Huang and co. ASAP, too.

Definitely uber mention about Zhang. No, really. Just like the time Zhang Wenyuan took a shot to the groin and went ''Gughhhhhhh!'' Epic. Shou Chun is basically limbo for our Cavalry units, right? I've had lots of battles here when playing Cao Cao. Sun Quan is persistent on dragging out the battle here to the swampy side. Casualties always result bad. (Mostly because the clever guy comes in with a HUGE mix of spear and pike units.) Zhuge Zhan Iam still new in rotk 11,But i've played the more in dong zhuo's rise with his force.I lost dong zhuo in a battle,and my commander is now Dong Min.The city i like the most is Luo Yang.One i hate is Guan Du,because it is difficult to take it.I spent many troops of my army to take it KauSu pretty much has the right idea. Since Dong Zhuo starts off in the center of most fighting, you'll want to have less enemies as much as possible. Try taking out Cao Cao early in the game, he's relatively close and has good mix of talented officers. Yeah Guan Du's port can be a nuisance. Since you have either Han Fu or Yuan Shao storming down on you because they own Ye. And troop limitations on ports are even worse that being the said case, I feel you.

The good thing about that though, is you don't have to go through the poison. Otherwise it would make things frustrating. I actually like it there; decent area for defending. Wu Ling is an awesome place for defending since you get plenty of time before an enemy arrives. (Operation-draft-nuking!)

Hero of Shu Han Posts: 272 Group: Members Member #23,633 Joined: September 26, 2009 Gender Male	I am now playing as Sun Ce at Guan Du's clash.My campaign was horrible.I had three lords:ZXhang Xiu, Zhang Lu and Ce. Iused the two latters to buy time. Now i only have Ce.Also, Yuan Shao is dead and his force begun to lose to Cao Cao.Yuan Tan succeded him.I am only administrating Jian Ye,and giving rewards to all my officers.Recently, i took Jiang Xia from Liu Biao(after gathering many men and supplies). I am now going to overtake Wu Ling, so that i can Overtake Xiang Yang. Liu Bei attacked and got my Qu A many times,But i also executed Guan Yu and Chen Deng.Cao Cao took my Ru Xu,but no problem,as Lu Jiang Is well defended by no less than Zhou Yu. If i am wise, i can overthrow Liu Bei,but i need to grow stronger.Does anyone here have a hint for me? Favorite city:Jian Ye Hated City:Shou Chun and Xia Pi(Cao and Liu are attacking me from there) Detail: Yuan Tan is losing territory fast to Cao Cao,and Gongsun Du is almost finished by Yuan Tan
