I hope it's not, been waiting for an overseas release since freakin' god knows when In the original announcement years, it was PS3-PC also. Who knows it might be for other consoles too if it does get released outside of Japan (and seeing that the PC version has yet to, things are quite bleak)

So I assume it's from 1-2 years ago when they made that claim that they were going to release it for the PS3 console. No new details have surfaced yet about a western release.
