I know that Microsoft has this lock system on DLC items, so if you downloaded it besides on your own X Box 360 you will need to perform a transfer license thing in order for it to work. http://www.xbox.com/en-GB/support/drm/ It happened to me at the time of Samurai Warriors 2 Extreme Legends, I ended up buying it twice before I found out about the license transfer.
