Can't change my unicode...

Permanently Banned Posts: 57 Group: Members Member #328 Joined: January 10, 2006 Gender Male	I can't download the game because my unicode isn't set to japanese, And i can't set it to japanese because when i try, it says "Setup was unable to install the chosen locale. Please contact your system administrator" Im the only one using hte computer so i am the admin,
