Misleading title is misleading. It's called a Wii exclusive for a reason. For avatars checked the official site, or request an avatar in the GFX Requests section. |

It's said to be exclusive for the Wii at this time but if sales for it in Japan (Which Will Obviously) Succeed then they will release it again for the Other 2 Next Gen Consoles since KOEI will do anything to squeeze every Penny out of their fans

ok thank for help.sorry kinda new to this and I hope Koei will come out with a PS3/360 about a 6 months to year after it's Wii release.I mean they are dong it with strikeforce (to PS3)so why not Samurai Warriors. |

Don't take The Xbox 360 out of the Equation it's just as good as the PS3 and is also having Strikeforce on it too just so you know  so be sure to be less biased as possible like Seraphil did by Renaming your Topic so it sounds less biased.Back on Topic Give this time to do well in Japan first so that KOEI will make the Initial Decision

pffffffffffft Koei LIVES off this franchise (Warriors series, not solely SW), and Samurai Warriors has been on Xbox and PS2 previously... it wouldn't make sense not to port it. Of course it'll be ported to 360 AND PS3! Probably with ONE different feature so that the Wii has something "exclusive" and anyone who bought a Wii and the Wii game would get stroppy and want to buy the PS3/360 release too. Then we'll get Samurai Warriors:Strikeforce for PSP and a new Orochi game. |

Well, actually the xbox is nowhere near comparisment near the capabilities of the PS3, but that's another discussion... Anyway, I am pretty sure that SW3 will get a consoleswap. Wii isn't fit for a hack&slash, especially when you see that idiotic controler made for this game. |

No, I meant Samurai Warriors lol My point was that Koei are going to milk this as much as possible, with as many spin-offs and cheap rip offs as they can manage. Like Strikeforce for the SW series! |

It's likely. I certainly wouldn't put it past Koei to try to get their full money's worth. Assuming how different the possible PS3 port is, I may end up getting both. I want to think I can wait for the port, but I know I can't. I'm too much of a damn sheep not to get both. |

That means all SW guys will have real cool transformations but........I think strikeforce was most likely a one time thing,whether or not DW strikeforce has a sequel to me is not likely.Although I can't wait to play it. My PSP broke 2 days after I got strikeforce lol.sucks to be me

I'm sure there will be at some point, but I'm in no rush for it. After all, I have a Wii and a Ps2, so I'm very content with Koei's decision, even though I know many people are not. |

That's quite debatable for anything that isn't in-house exclusive, but yeah, different topic. It's not like Koei is ever going to use the full capabilities of either console anyway. As for the topic, are we sure Nintendo didn't pay Koei for a proper exclusive? Maybe as part of a general agreement seeing as they got Team Ninja on Metroid? |

Let's not be Biased here and instead just say we Prefer it on one console of our liking okay? since i despise childish console wars.  This will probably be released again but the question would be will it be a JP exclusive again? since KOEI take more pride in this than DW since this is based off their Country unlike DW.

With Koei's recent history with porting I'm almost sure there will be a PS3/360 version somewhere down the line. And that saddens me. With Koei's antics when the time finally comes the PS3/360 version will not only take away from SW3 being one of the games to play on Wii (Meaning not another minigame collection or a poor 3rd party game but an actual good, solid title that for some people will get them to buy one or actually play theirs), but it'll also have "bonuses" that will make it the definitive version to have. It'll be DW6 Special and Musou Orochi Z all over again. |

I'm sure this thought already occurred to some others here but since the Wii version of SW3 is getting this exclusive Nintendo game tie-in mode and the rumor/speculation/whatever is that online co-op has been removed, I wouldn't be surprised if this game showed up on PS3/360 with the online co-op as an exclusive feature to these console versions (assuming the rumor proves true). Either way, I don't see how KOEI would decide NOT to develop this in HD. If they can do it for a spinoff like DW:Strikeforce & Musou Orochi, then they would certainly do it for one of their main series. |

i dont see any chance of this not being in HD . this is koei were talking about they will squeeze every penny out of us lovely fans. making it wii exclusive will only decrease the money they make it only makes sense that this will be a temporary exclusive
