I love the Chi Bi times cause it is one of my favorite times in history.  Although i hate the fact that Cao Cao has 1/3 of china already

Land in Chaos, because it allows some of your CAWs to start off as rival rulers. |

Yeah but unlike 5Empires the enemy could start off with like 7 lands but 5 empires you could decide who went where. |
