It sounds like yours is excessive though so: Check and see if the disc isn't too scratched/doesn't have any smudges You could try installing it to your PS3 See if it isn't your PS3 itself, try other games and see if they lag as bad

Seems like yours wants to lag even if you're not doing the musou and are just next to each other haha. Guess the only way is to keep a moderate distance between you and your buddy at all times.
