Err... I don't know really... But... Characters are NEVER deleted as far as I know... But, in DWBB era, if you either did not log in for 90 days OR you did not gain +10 XP in last 30 days, you will be in the "forced transmigration" situation. In that case, you get the penalties just like if you transmigration to another force by yourself... However, there will be the news before they are going to do this process. Example Notification: http://www.musou-online.jp/news/news_view.asp?idx=6371&retPage=36 Now, in DWO era, they never mention anything about it. So I assuming that if you did NOT log in for 90 days, you are considered inactive... I am never see anything regard about "inactive character deletion" thus far. However, I think you need to check around and see if you are sure that you did NOT delete character prior coming back here. The another possible situation is... If you ever tell ID/PW to anyone. If that is the case... It's possible that the person who know ID/PW may strip items, weapons, and eventually deleted your character. Notes: Also, if you left the game in previous episode (Battle of Guan Du), than that's the possible case for character deletion as you left your character in the "forced transmigration" mode for too long... (If I am right, there is the grace period to change character from one episode to another, in which once the old episode is gone, it's gone forever (Each episode host in different server. Therefore, once the old episode is gone, those characters who stuck in the old one will be in the "forced transmigration" situation. Just like I stated above))...
