Guys are going to kick me in the balls for this, but just a quick question. What would be the best levels to get your proficiency up, besides Itsushima? I've been doing He Fei (Orochi), Sekigahara (SW), Itsushima (Wu), and Wu Zhang Plains (Shu) for awhile... any other levels I'm missing out on to rack up on the ever so fun proficiency runs? |

Youve basically named the best ones. I find Guan Du to also be a very good one. I could see how you can get bored of playing the same levels, but really just keep playing Itsukushima, best one to rack it up fast. |

And that's the level I am sick of the most... oh well, no pain no gain. Shin Orochi better be worth it, that's all I got to say.

If this is fine to add in: There's a whole mess of Orochi officers hanging out in the center of Komaki-Negakute(Wei 5?) if I recall. Just start racking up kills before the npc officers steal your kills.:x |

The level with Pang Tong's most awesome strategy where he whines and complains the entire time? Yeah, that one DID have a lot of officers in the center area... I'll add that to my list. Not like I need the fire attack anyway- why bother with strategy when all you're characters are at Lv. 100 anyway? |

Well.. You can leave the officer picking on the generic officer east of the main camp alone if you don't want his fire attack to succeed, and you can let Sun Wukong beat him up when Kiyomori tells him to charge. :D? |

I tend to fail to launch the fire attack because by the time he gets there, I've already killed everybody in the center and either I'm clearing out the south-east garrison or I'm waiting for the south-west to open up. No fire attack if there's no enemy officers. And I never bothered repeating one level ad nauseum to get everybody's proficiency up, I just put together a team of non-maxed-out people and cruised through the game cobbling together weapons to fuse for Almighty components. That's why I wrote this guide. You barely notice how long it takes if you're level-hopping and maybe mixing up your team, rather than grinding on just one level. |

These are really weird questions, but I still do need help with answering them. How do you activate an "Attack Cancel". Supposedly, you can do that with any Samurai Warrior character, and Tech and Power types. I know about the mid-charge jump for Speed characters, though. Is there something called "Wallpaper Edit"? If so, what does it do and how do you get it? |

Im not sure what you mean by attack cancel. Other then the jump cancel performed by speed types. And Tech types have the counter ability, not sure if thats what you mean though. Wallpaper edit. Go into the gallery and you will see the artworks for each character, four for each, plus a couple of extra ones. With one of the buttons you can apply it as your background on the main menu. |

Wallpaper edit is different from the feature for selecting pictures from the gallery. It lets you pick a background and three characters to use as your wallpaper. To unlock it, you must play through a battle with every character. Yes, including Orochi X. |

Thanks for answering my questions, everyone!I'm pretty sure I've heard Yukimura Sanada have some kind of "attack cancel" in Samurai Warriors 2, maybe some sort of special attack. EDIT: Oops. It was called "Jump Cancel", not Attack Cancel. All Samurai Warriors can apparently use it, as seen at the 3:00 mark here. Yeah, so, does anyone know how to use Jump Cancel? Well the jump cancel can be performed by any character as long as you have the enchantment of Highflier equiped. Although it isnt as effective as the jump cancel that all Speed types can do. Jump cancel is easy to perform. Just do a charge attack, and before its over press the jump button or twice and you have done it. |

As said Sonic-kun explained before, it's useful for power and tech types who do not have the ability to jump cancel (Hence, Highflier skill) once you've applied it to any character since it borrows Hideyoshi's and Oichi's Personal Skill from SM2. It's very useful for chaining combo's and racking up kills in peon crowds or escaping/handling multiple officers at once. Or juggling officers with the right abilities. x3 |

God I know this comes up a lot but we can get every Treasure EXCEPT the Moonstone at Hei Fei. Anyone got any tips? We've tried letting the bridge blow up first then beating Zhang Liao and Gan Ning, we've tried killing them FIRST, then doing the bridge...no moonstone. HALP. |

Have you tried leaving 1 officer alive in the middle? The bridge thingy won't work unless 1 officer is alive in the middle area. You should get rid of Hao Zhao and Zhu Zhi first since they seem to attack the engineer. |

Yeah we've tried that too. Obviously killing off all the officers makes the bridge plan get aborted we've tried different difficulty settings too.

That's the same faq we've been using. I wonder if our copy is glitched or something. We even double check the whole area to make sure it's not just a case of the message not popping up. It's really weird and frustrating. |
