Blum's actually a good VA, as far as I've seen. I wouldn't mind them bringing back the VA group that did SM1, and the Dynasty Warriors games, I just hope they take it seriously this time. I remember that although the actors who did SM1 were experienced professionals, they seemingly did not take the project that seriously, because some of the performances (as far as I remember) were either half-assed or down right atrocious, and weren't nearly as good as how they performed in DW.

But then again, even if they do put up a weak performance, I hope they'll at least have language options like in the first game (assuming ports to PS3 and XB360 can fit the tracks).
Blum will never work in a Musou game again, nor will Crispen Freeman, Kirk Thornton, or several others, due to the wonderful worlds of unions and contracts. Blargh.

I do PRAY Richard Epcar reprises Takeda Shingen though. He's still voicing Dong Zhuo in DW, so why can't he come back for Shingen? The guy they had in Orochi was fairly awful. The exact same sentiment goes for Beau Billingslea, who is still Dian Wei and Cao Renning it up. Orochi's Kenshin was unforgivable. :hmmm:

Edit: This just suddenly crossed my mind. I think the reason why people are so surprised at the new stories is because everyone has forgotten what the theme of SW3 is.

Bonds. The bonds of relationships, the bonds of allies, the bonds of those dear to you in some way, even the bonds of those you are destined to cross swords with. This is present in every single story.

Yukimura's sibling bond with Inahime, Ujiyasu's bond with his family and retainers, Ieyasu's bond with Nobunaga and Hideyoshi, Mitsuhide's bond with Motochika, Hanzo's bond with Nene, Kenshin's bond with Aya...
Wow, nice way to put it. It's like this game focuses more on the emotional side of things.

Any who criticize the stories without knowing how to understand them really needs to be taught a lesson.

What about Yoshihiro? I would imagine that he's everyone's enemy again >_>. Does Toyohisa have any part in his story?

Nah, its just a special Wallpaper to commemorate SW3's release. Nothing about a PC release, sorry

Richard Epcar as Shingen would be a wish come true for me, no doubt. I liked Shingen's voice in SW2, despite what other people say, but nobody beats Epcar as Shingen. I wish the SW1 voices could come back, but there's no chance for that happening now. :( I guess we can only hope whoever they choose for the English release tries their hardest to make the characters sound decent.

Oh, another wish I have that will never be fulfilled is Lex Lang once again as Magoichi Saika. One can only dream now, I suppose.

All of them got their specials, see Nobunaga's glowing black feather sword charging? And in Mitsunari's gameplay we can see clearly that his mines are back.

From what I understand, there are 3 types:
1 Normal that has long S chains but each only has has most 1 T followup and 1 Special Attack
2 Charge that has C1 - C4 as three T deep + C5 as 1 T deep but only about 6 or so S chain and 1 Special
3 Special that has C1-C4 as two T deep + C5 as 1 T deep but with only about 6 or so S chain and 2 Specials

Edit: Thanks, Black Angel

so they removed the second special for charge & normal moveset
But kept them both for special users
Kinda realistic : )
Thanks Chou Hi : )

Though alternatively, since everyone can summon a horse now, you could pretend it's 2 for normal and charge and 3 for special.

Logical, some specials for special moveset are functional to each others, like Mitsunari's S1 to place mines and S2 to blow them up.

They changed that
Now one to place mines & they bomb Automatically
& the other special is some kind of an aura
EDIT: Who want to see the Flower of the night which they should put this as alternative costume in SW3:S or XL
