Does Mr. Honda archive the videos so we can see them whenever we want?

The channel archives the footage by date as one continuous video.

Me and the other channel mods can go in and create individual clips from that footage.

I'd have to know what day it was on, since I wasn't around for the live broadcast.

Essentially, I'd have to watch the entire stream for each day to find the individual clips that should be made.

Takes quite a long time to do, especially since I'm still trying to clip the archive footage from Dec 6th :XD

Ugh! I must have totally been oblivious to the weight thing. That was so annoying in DW5. I hope 4th weapons don't have a set weight cause it was SOOO annoying when Da Qiao's 4th weapon was heavy. :meantongue:

No, I never said she wears the pants. That sort of view on relationships doesn't apply here: Ginchiyo and Muneshige are basically equals, or rather two parts of a whole. They display some impressive teamwork, and to be able to rely on someone else to back you up when you need it is a sign of real strength, not weakness.

Edit: This just suddenly crossed my mind. I think the reason why people are so surprised at the new stories is because everyone has forgotten what the theme of SW3 is.

Bonds. The bonds of relationships, the bonds of allies, the bonds of those dear to you in some way, even the bonds of those you are destined to cross swords with. This is present in every single story.

Yukimura's sibling bond with Inahime, Ujiyasu's bond with his family and retainers, Ieyasu's bond with Nobunaga and Hideyoshi, Mitsuhide's bond with Motochika, Hanzo's bond with Nene, Kenshin's bond with Aya...
This is something that has eluded me. I remember someone saying character development as the theme for SW3, and that was probably you Seraphil. Nontheless, I must say well said about the whole bonding aspect. hee hee, I jumped to conclusions with her movies without watching the others... well, from the visual stand-point at least, it was somewhat accurate. I mean, Ginchiyo getting picked-up and put on a horse to get away? Was my tough female cookie really that beat down from the last battle? (man I can't wait to play this!) :D

Seraphil

No way. Also watch Motonari's videos and you'll see Ginchiyo is way more headstrong and virulent than you're assuming. Heck, in that video you just mentioned, the fact she attacked first, and continues to charge in immediately is pretty solid proof of how aggressive she is. And in every stage(I've played through so far, which is many) with the Tachibana as one of the sides, Ginchiyo is commander and Muneshige is the follower. Then at the end, instead of meekly complying with Muneshige, she returns on her own decision.

I am sure I'll forget about it when (and if) the port comes, but I was trying to limit myself with the movies that were available. I didn't want to spoil it all for myself. But you say Motonari's would be a good choice? I'll definitely check them out. (btw... if I remember correctly, aren't you related to the Mori?) Anywho, thanks Seraphil. I just hope you're right about that whole "Ginchiyo is basically the same if not better" thing. I'll personally, and ultimately, be the judge when I can play it on my own time. :)

Baphomet

Just glad she didn't get a full frontal lobotomy like SSX did in DW6 where she's nothing more than Liu Bei's idiot lap dog now ugh.... what an awful case of character assassination...

I had a good chuckle. hahahaha, yeah Ginchiyo is prohibited from wearing anything scandalous  IMHO though, if KOEI wants to remove armor and clothing for eye-candy, then do it for alternate costumes instead of the default attire that shows up everywhere. The last thing we need is a half-naked or severely reduced armored Ginchiyo running around with nothing but her sword and skin. You had a good example for SSX in DW6. Why that would be her default costume still puzzles me... And the only treat we'll ever get with Ginchiyo was her 3rd alt in WO2 - which is my favorite to this date   :P

Hey, for anyone who's unlocked Masanori and Aya's outfits in CAW, is it possible to customize them? As in, would it be possible to only use certain parts from the outfits and not others (i.e. Masanori's legs or Aya's torso by themselves).

Just unlocked Aya. Sorry, but the answer is no. You pick them as a base model and you can only change the name, weapon, personality (growth type, I believe), and voice.

i personally think they ruined the game a little, the stories are really unrealistic,Mitsuhide and Motochika what the hell, cant it bee like DW6 the stories were great gameplay was also great, SW3 feels like the rubbish SW1 with more characters
I fail to see your logic.

Time to whip this out again...

Its not the weight system like dw5. Its the 3 weapon system they have in dw6 only sw3 does have 4th weapons which i guess can now be called unique weapons..

Speed -Weapon movement speed is increased.
Power - Weapon movement is decreased but the weapon is stronger.
Normal - I think the reach of the weapon is increased (maybe something else aswell but i dont remember :/)
Unique - (? i dunno :( ?)

I heard Tetsuo has Yukimura's unique wep so u might have to ask him.

Unique weapons take on one of the three characteristics you mentioned. It depends on the character. For example, Yukimura has a normal type unique weapon, Tadakatsu has a power type unique weapon, and Kunoichi has a speed type unique weapon.

And no, you can't change color or size. Only the four things I mentioned.

Wow. Kunoichi looks incredibly boring to play as. As for Ujiyasu...he is the only new character I haven't seen gameplay of, aside from that super fast video someone posted earlier...which really doesn't count.

Yep, it breaks guard (which the AI does quite often in this game) and allows you to chain consecutive moves together.

If I wasn't having a bunch of power outages due to the storm passing through here, I might try to make that quick clip.

Worthless battery backups <_<

Scanning through Dec 8th Archives now ...

hmm, well I've noticed in Kotaro's gameplay, there were some highly unnessercary dashes, IMO. But that might just be me. I think I already know how I'm going to play this game, then. And it's not going to be using those dashes a lot. ^_^

Yay, another person who judges game after seeing some gameplay vids and cutscenes >_>.

Anyway, I think many people here agree that SW2's "historically accurate" stories were boring and unimpressive overall. SW3's "unrealistic" stories allow more liberties and better character developement. If you've read spoilers, it's actually quite impressive what they did with Tokugawa officers like Hanzo and Ina.

The dash is generally what Gundam 2 had with the boost. It just allows you to use it to your advantage and make some combos, making the system a bit funner and so making playing the game a bit more exciting.

Tetsuo9999 are you a fan of the music personally?

I don't know, I really liked SW2's stories. I have yet to see how SW3's stories will end up in english.
